Peningkatan Kinerja Guru Melalui Implementasi Self-Assessment: Sebuah Analisis Terhadap Dampaknya pada Mutu Pendidikan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran penilaian, khususnya melalui konsep Self-Assessment, dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dan dampaknya terhadap pemahaman siswa. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan analisis mendalam terhadap literatur terkait konsep Self-Assessment, karakteristik kinerja tinggi, dan sertifikasi guru. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menganalisis berbagai pola sertifikasi guru berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 5 tahun 2012. Temuan penelitian menyoroti bahwa Self-Assessment memberikan kesempatan bagi guru untuk merefleksikan diri, mengidentifikasi kekuatan, dan mengenali kelemahan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kualitas pelaksanaan tugas mereka. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini mendukung implikasi positif terhadap pemahaman siswa yang terlibat dalam penilaian diri. Analisis terhadap berbagai pola sertifikasi, seperti Pola PSPL, PF, dan PLPG, menunjukkan bahwa sertifikasi guru memiliki peran penting dalam melindungi profesi pendidik, mengevaluasi kompetensi guru secara holistik, dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan secara menyeluruh. Dengan membahas karakteristik kinerja tinggi, multiaspek kompetensi guru, serta peran sentral Self-Assessment dan sertifikasi, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting untuk pemahaman dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia

The aim of this research is to analyze the main challenges in human resource management in Indonesia and identify relevant solutions to support sustainable economic growth and inclusive organizational development. This research uses a qualitative approach or library research and field research. This research found that the gap in qualifications between college graduates and the needs of the job market is a major challenge in human resource management in Indonesia, so adjustments to the education curriculum are needed. Women's workforce participation is still low due to cultural barriers and unfairness in the distribution of work, so organizations need to develop policies that support gender equality. Non-transparent performance evaluation is a significant problem and needs to be addressed with an evidence-based system. Lack of access to training and career development hinders employee progress, especially in remote sectors, necessitating investment in career development programs. Inconsistency in the application of labor law creates uncertainty, so consistency in its application is needed. Diversity of cultures, religions and ethnic backgrounds requires inclusive HR management to avoid discrimination. Adaptation to technological change is crucial, with digital skills and adaptability increasingly important. Organizations and governments need to collaborate to prepare the workforce for the era of digitalization through relevant training and technological accessibility

Al-Qurán Dan Wahyu : Suatu Tinjauan Terminologis

Islam is based on the Al-Qur'an which regulates all aspects of Muslim life. Terminology related to the Qur'an and revelation with the aim of providing treasures. By understanding this terminology, it is hoped that we can better apply Islamic teachings in our daily lives and increase our understanding of Islamic teachings as a whole. The aim in compiling this work is to understand and describe and analyze the Al-Qur'an and Revelation: an overview of terminological aspects. Qualitative descriptive research in this work is to provide a detailed explanation of the characteristics, phenomena, or circumstances of an object of research. Literature research or literature search has a broader function than just to obtain data in a study. The results of this work are 1). As a divine revelation, it provides comprehensive guidelines and rules for human life to achieve true life goals. 2). As the main source of law in the Islamic religion that regulates human behavior and teaches the importance of maintaining the purity of the heart and implementing the principles of Shari'a. 3). As a warning, conditioning, and an important source of teachings for Muslims. 4). Teach that Allah has the attribute of mercy that encompasses the entire universe and His creatures. And 5). As a complement and closing of the previous teachings
