    Investigation of the Relation between Group Conformity of Isfahan High School Students and their Personality Attributions

      The Purpose of Present research was to investigate the relation between group conformity of Isfahan high school students and their personality attributionsâ Statistical population of the study were al students at girls high schools of Isfahan in academic year 2007-2008, among whom 180 students were selected randomly as study sample. To collect data four different questionnaires were used. Collected data were analyzed using correlation and regression methods. Finding showed that among personality factors related to group conformity Self_steem with 0.37 , external locus of control with 0.22, hardiness with 0.21 and internal locus of control with 0.13 explain the group conformity of Isfahan high school students
