Sustainable development of regions: Creation of a future settlement by means of unification of territorial communities and implementation of innovative initiatives by agents of change

Over the last 3-4 years, Ukraine has started and substantially advanced towards decentralization of public administration and has made a meaningful transformation of the local government system. The union of territorial communities has created basic conditions for effective self-government. This article is focused on identifying trends in the process of enlargement of territorial communities in Ukraine as a whole and in its individual regions. As a result of reviewing current decentralization practices and acquiring new features of the local government system, it is necessary to search for effective tools and models for ensuring the sustainable development of larger communities

Considering the potential of Public-Private Partnership (PPP), it can be stated that further development of mutually beneficial cooperation can shape a basis for making more efficient use of resources and providing modern city socio-economic development under eurointegration. Kyiv should trigger economic transformation in Ukraine, in particular, by introducing PPP projects which must ensure: overcoming economic growth infrastructural constraints; enhancing the quality of life; environmental improvement; unleashing small and medium-sized businesses industrial potential; innovation; businesses and public involvement into achieving these goal

Forensic support for the international search

The purpose of the article is to formulate the basic theoretical principles and practical recommendations for forensic support for the international search. Subject of research: The subject of research is the concept, content, objectives and features of the implementation of forensic support for the international search. Methodology: In the course of the research general scientific methods, such as the methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, specification, summarization and analogy, etc. were used. Research results: According to the results of the research, it is substantiated that the international search is a complex legal institution and a separate form of international cooperation. Forensic support in this context is to create the conditions of preparedness and implementation of methods, tools, techniques of forensics in order to solve the problems of the international search. Practical consequences: It is proved that the international search is carried out according to certain stages, where certain measures of forensic support are necessary to be applied. Value / originality: Forensic support for the international search is to maximize the use of modern advances in science and technology to expand the range of sources of forensic information that can be applied in the international search

Regional choreographic schools in Ukraine: the socio-cultural and pedagogical aspects

It is very important to preserve and develop folk choreographic culture in the modern socio-cultural space research of regional dance traditions. This is especially true for those territories, which are now only fragmentarily represented in Ukrainian art history. The aim of this study was to identify the main trends and establish the peculiarities of socio-cultural and pedagogical aspects of regional dance schools in Ukraine. This cross-sectional study was carried out on a sample of 264 scientific and pedagogical employees engaged in scientific and teaching activities in the field of choreography at higher education institutions in Ukraine, namely Kyiv University of Culture, Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts (KNUCA), Volyn National University named after Lesya Ukrainka, and Kyiv Municipal Academy of Variety and Circus Arts. While writing this article, we also analyzed the works of international researchers. A questionnaire consisting of 4 questions was used for data collection and the analytical methods were descriptive statistics (percentage). According to the study results, the features of the formation of choreographic schools in different geographical and cultural regions of Ukraine highlight promising areas of their development from the perspective of scholars of choreography engaged in scientific and teaching activities in higher education institutions. In conclusion, Ukrainian regional choreography is a creative and multidimensional phenomenon. In each region of Ukraine, folk ethnography is characterized by its authentic features and way of performance due to geographical, historical, social, political, economic, and other factors

The Development of Creative Abilities as a Factor of the Social Maturity of Adolescents

The article considers the concept of the social maturity of adolescents in the context of the development of creative abilities. The relationships of social maturity with socialization, social creativity and innovative thinking of adolescents are researched. It is found that girls are more likely to move from the previous to the next level of social maturity. It is found that with age, the ability to social creativity develops. There is a connection between the level of social creativity and the levels of social autonomy, social morality and social activity of adolescents

Sobre el desarrollo histórico del sistema fonético del inglés: un enfoque lingüístico-sinérgico

El artículo presenta un enfoque metodológico novedoso para el estudio del desarrollo del lenguaje, a saber, una sinergia diacrónica. El propósito de la presente investigación es, mediante la divulgación de las características sinérgicas del sistema fonético, revelar la potencia heurística y la aplicabilidad de los principios del paradigma sinérgico a los estudios del lenguaje. Los autores afirman que el sistema fonético del lenguaje posee características sinérgicas y cambia de acuerdo con principios comunes de desarrollo de sistemas complejos. Los autores prueban que los cambios en el sistema fonético no son caóticos ni aleatorios, ya que están pre condicionados por las características del propio sistema. Sobre el desarrollo histórico del sistema fonético del inglés: un enfoque lingüístico-sinérgico

The article advances a novel methodological approach to the study of language development, namely a diachronic synergetics. The purpose of the present research is, through disclosing synergetic features of the phonetic system, to reveal heuristic potency and applicability of principles of the synergetic paradigm to language studies. The authors claim that the phonetic system of language possesses synergetic features and it changes according to common principles of development of complex systems. The authors prove that changes in the phonetic system are neither chaotic nor random, since they are preconditioned by the features of the system itself. The theoretical significance of the present research lies in the widening of our knowledge of language as a synergetic system, and of synergetic features of the phonetic system of English, in particular. Actitud valorativa de la juventud estudiantil hacia el estilo de vida saludable y la actividad física como factores que contribuyen a su éxito

El objetivo del estudio empírico es determinar la actitud valorativa de la juventud estudiantil hacia el estilo de vida saludable en particular la actividad física y la influencia en los parámetros de autorregulación voluntaria del comportamiento de estudiantes y su deseo de tener éxito. El estudio empírico se organizó y se realizó entre los encuestados de las facultades que no están relacionadas con la educación física profesional ni el deporte. Materiales y métodos. Métodos: pruebas con cuestionarios estandarizados. Resultados. Se estableció una relación estadísticamente significativa entre los parámetros de autorregulación de los encuestados: “Independencia”, “Evaluación de resultados”, “Planificación”, “Flexibilidad” y la necesidad de éxito (p <.01). Se encontraron las diferencias significativas entre los encuestados que tienen diferentes niveles de estilo de vida saludable según los parámetros de autorregulación del comportamiento “Evaluación de los resultados” (p <.05), “Planificación” (p <.05), “Independencia” (p < .05) y “Flexibilidad” (P <.05). Conclusiones. Se argumentó que la conciencia del estilo de vida saludable, de la actividad física y la recreación activa es un valor que influye en la autorregulación de los estudiantes, en su actividad volitiva y tiene un efecto positivo en la aspiración del éxito de la juventud estudiantil

Strategic decision and transnational corporation efficiency

The purpose of the study is to reveal the relationship between the justification of strategic decisions and the increase in efficiency of transnational corporations (TNC). The conceptual bases of the justification of strategic decisions for increasing the efficiency of TNC are suggested, the development of which involves research of the preconditions on which their implementation is based, analysis of the main aspects of TNC's activity and accordance with the principles of justification of strategic decisions, strategic decision-making. The results of the comprehensive diagnostic examination of TNC of leading bearings manufacturers are presented, which revealed the problems of their functioning on the market, changes in the dynamics of performance indicators, differences in the use of opportunities, financial state, strategic positions on the market, the efficiency of made decisions. A model for selecting a decision strategy for TNC is suggested. Practical recommendations of implementing strategic decisions for increasing the efficiency of activity of TNC of leading bearings manufacturers are given

Economic and mathematical modeling of integration influence of information and communication technologies on the development of e-commerce of industrial enterprises

This research aims at establishing the impact of information and communication technologies (ICT) on e-commerce development of industrial enterprises by means of economic and mathematical modelling. The goal was achieved using the following methods: theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis (to critically analyse the scientific approaches of scientists regarding the expediency of using mathematical models in the context of enterprises’ e-commerce development), target, comparison and grouping (to reveal innovative methodological approach to assessing ICT impact on e-commerce development of industrial enterprises), tabular, analytical and integral method (for summarizing the analysis results of enterprises readiness to implement ICT, ICT use in the activities of industrial enterprises of Ukraine and the analysis of e-commerce development), mathematical modelling (to build a regression model determining impact of changes in ICT use on the market share occupied by industrial enterprises), generalization (to determine promising directions of e-commerce developing of industrial enterprises). The implementation of a comprehensive approach to understanding the importance of ICT influence on e-commerce development of industrial enterprises will ensure acceleration of the digitalization of business processes, will contribute to the speed increase of enterprises response to customer requests, and increase the market share occupied by enterprises. A new vision of directions for developing e-commerce of industrial enterprises is suggested, which are determined by the need for enterprise rebranding, the development of e-commerce tools and technologies, the importance of outsourcing service automation and promotion of subscription trade. ICT is considered as integration factor that determines prospects for e-commerce development of industrial enterprises and contributes to increasing efficiency of online business management. Research results demonstrate that the use of economic and mathematical modelling is an important tool for assessing ICT impact, and its absence can negatively affect the accuracy and validity of online business management
