PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN: PENGARUH KECAKAPAN KERJA, SUPERVISI TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN KENYAMANAN BEKERJA STUDI KASUS PT S&F GARMEN MANUFAKTUR

This research has a purpose to analyze the influence of proficiency, transformational supervision and enjoyment of work on PT performance. SF Garment Manufacturing. This research is kind ofof quantitative analysis and consists ofo 32 employees as the research population and sample. Data collection is carried out through questionnaire techniques using survey method. Data analysis uses SPSS 23 software which includes multiple linear regression test, classical test and hypothesis test, Based on the results of the analysis, research shows that proficiency has significantly give a positive influence both simultaneously and partially on the employee productivity. Transformational supervision also has significantly give  a positive effect simultaneously and partially on employee productivity. Meanwhile, enjoyment of work simultaneously has significantly give a positive effect on PT performance. SF Garment Manufacturing. Research variables have coefficient determination 83,6% to influence the productivity of company’s employee. So, research in the future still needed to analyze other variable out from the research variables that already exist in this study.

Children born out of wedlock are children born to a woman who does not have a legal marriage relationship with a man who has made her give birth to the child. The child does not have a perfect position in the standpoint of the law like a legitimate child in general. The birth of a child is crucial in every family. In terms of family life, children are descendants of the next generation so a child has the right to life and identity as an effort to protect the law. The problem how the adoption of a child born beyond official marriage by his grandfather in Desa Batukaang, the Sub-district of Kintamani, Bangli Regency is executed and what is the inheritance system for such an adopted child in Batukaang Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency? The child was appointed by his own grandfather and the reason for the appointment was that the adoptive grandfather did not have a son. The type of research used in this research is an empirical study with a juridical-sociological approach. Types of data are primary data and secondary data, collected through interview and literature review. Peranan Pengurus dalam Pengembangan Yayasan Manggala Widya Sastra di Desa Batubulan Kabupaten Gianyar

 Foundation is an entity in the form of a law which is generally used in matters, especially in the field of education. The purpose of establishing the Foundation in the field of Education is to advance and educate the nation's generation. One of the foundations in Gianyar in the field of education is the Manggala Widya Sastra Foundation. This study aims to determine the position and function of the management in developing the Manggala Widya Sastra Foundation in Batubulan Village, Gianyar Regency and to determine the efforts made by the management in developing the Manggala Widya Sastra Foundation in Batubulan Village, Gianyar Regency. The research method uses empirical legal methods, with a conceptual approach. Data were obtained directly in the field, by observing and interviewing, which were then analyzed qualitatively and descriptively. The results showed that the foundation was formed with the consideration that in practice the development of an educational foundation in Indonesia is based on the interests of the community and their habits. The function of the board is to carry out the vision and mission of the foundation, to develop school facilities and to plan the school's annual budget in which the foundation also assists in managing administration and finances
