    The Relationship between Oil Prices and Exchange Rate in Russia

    This paper studies the relationship between oil price and the exchange rates in Russian Federation. There is a close interrelation between the currency rate of dollar to ruble and oil prices. The regression model has accurately shown this interrelation. The interrelation with a foreign policy factor - sanctions of the USA and the European Union is also revealed. There is a close interrelation between the currency rate of dollar to ruble and oil prices. The regression model has accurately shown this interrelation. Oil prices of the Brent oil is the dominating factor in a currency exchange rate formation mechanism of ruble, at least, in the long term. When world oil prices are stabilized and sanctions cancelled, currency fluctuations and uncertainty will be minimized. The findings of this paper may be used by foreign and domestic investors while taking decisions because all the shocks impact on the economy in short and long term.     Heavy metals pollution of a solid waste landfill

    The article is devoted to the problems of pollution of a solid waste landfill. Heavy metals are not only pollutants, but also natural micro components of soils. Their contents are caused by the mechanical and chemical composition of the soil breed and also by the nature of soil creating processes. In our article we will estimate extent of pollution by heavy metals of the solid waste landfill “Kuchino” which is located in 7 km to the east from the Moscow. The total area of land branches is –54,5001 hectares. The analysis of the importance of polyelement pollution of soils of a zone of influence of Kuchino solid waste landfill showed that more than 50% of the surveyed points are characterized by the admissible level of total accumulation, dangerous category is noted in 8% of the tested positions, extra dangerous – in 37%. The authors proposed the construction of the system of a beam drainage on solid waste landfill is one of possible ways of decrease in negative impact of heavy metals on the environment

    ICOs are very attractive for investors and issuers. ICOs allow funding raising in exchange for cryptographically secure tokens, which are a means of paying for future projects or services. However, there is insignificant regulation of this process all over the world. Some countries have banned crypto assets; others have allowed the free use of tokens but do not give them official status. In this paper, the authors present an overview of the legal regulation of ICOs in different countries, dividing them into three groups: in the first group are the countries with developed legal norms and rules for conducting ICO, they have the subsequent circulation of tokens on their territory; in the second group are the countries that are most friendly to ICOs; the third group of countries has a wait-and-see attitude. The author connect the insufficient law regulation and risks of ICOs in different countries. The types of ICO risks are divided into three main categories: financial, technical, and analytical. The main ways to reduce these risks, depending on their types, are highlighted in this study. They are connected with the improvement of the legal regulation of the publication of a White Paper, the KYC procedure, and the involvement of escrow agents

    The article is devoted to the development and approbation of a methodological approach to the modelling of an optimal structure of a joint stock company. The optimal capital structure is defined by the authors as a combination of debt and equity, which maximizes the overall value of the company. The article contains the main conclusions received from different economic researches on the optimization of a capital structure. The authors invented a model of the optimal capital structure that may be used by the joint stock companies in emerging markets with greater risk due to political instability, domestic infrastructure problems, currency volatility and limited equity opportunities. This model is supplemented with corrective indicators of financial risks

    Utilization and recycling of municipal solid waste in a subarctic zone

    Municipal solid waste (MSW) collection and disposal is one of the major problems of urban environment in most countries worldwide today. The problem of utilization of solid waste in the Northern Europe on the Kola Peninsula was raised in this article, where the ground arrangement in a subarctic zone is very special and the weather conditions are severe. The paper main goal is to verify long-term impact of the Mezhdurechie municipal landfill on the atmosphere in Kola Peninsula. The paper also aims to establish the holding actions for recycling and utilization of worn-out tires for mentioned municipal landfill. The ground concentrations of pollutants from the operational sources were presented. The proposed recycling development in this paper has a positive impact on the ecoindustry and ensures environmental safety and municipal economy
