Program for controlling the correctness of physical exercises
This document contains the description of the program for the control of the correct physical exercises performance implementation using Microsoft Kinect, the method of the comparison between live motions performed by the user and recorded motions, description of the testing of the program and also information about different approaches for gesture recognition.The work is partially supported by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (16-07-00407, 16-07-00453, 16-47-340320 projects)
RIBOMUNYL IN PROPHYLACTICS OF RELAPSE OF STENOSING LARYNGOTRACHEITIS
The activity of ribomunyl in treatment and rehabilitation of 40 pediatric patients with relapsing stenosing laryngotracheitis, developed on the basis of acute respiratory viral infection was investigated. Treatment with ribomunyl recovers microbiocenose of nasopharynx and fauces, normalizes pulmonary ventilation and decreases liminal sensitivity of respiratory tract to the histamine.Key words: relapsing stenosing laryngotracheitis, ribomunyl, prophylactics, children

RIBOMUNYL IN CORRECTION OF DYSBIOSIS OF MUCOUS TUNICS OF UPPER AIRWAYS AND GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT IN CHILDREN WITH RECURRENT STENOSING LARYNGOTRACHEITIS
Results of evaluation of clinical effectiveness of ribomunyl in complex of medical and rehabilitative measures in 43 children with recurrent stenosing laryngotracheitis on the basis of respiratory viral infections, and with ii degree of dysbiosis of mucous tunics of nasopharynx, fauces and bowel are presented. Ribomunyl allows recovering of disturbed microbiocenosis of mucous tunics not only in upper airways, but in bowels, and decreasing rate of common Ige and nitric oxide, what indicates to reduction of persisting infectious9allergic inflammation. Комплексный нуклеотидный препарат из дрожжей Saccharomyces cerevisiae - активатор Ca2+-зависимой NO-синтазы
A complex nucleotide medicine from the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae sells race 14 has been obtained. Optimal conditions for the isolation of products of auto-enzymatic hydrolysis of nucleic acids have been determined. The composition of biologically active substances of the preparation is analyzed and the content of adenine nucleotides, as well as other biologically active substances is revealed. The activation effect of the nucleotide preparation on Ca2+-dependent NO-synthase was evaluated as compared with the T-activator.Получен комплексный нуклеотидный препарат из дрожжей Saccharomyces cerevisiae раса 14. Определены оптимальные условия для выделения продуктов аутоферментативного гидролиза нуклеиновых кислот. Проанализирован состав биологически активных веществ препарата и выявлено содержание адениновых нуклеотидов, а также других биологически активных веществ. Проведена оценка активирующего действия нуклеотидного препарата на Са2+-зависимую NO-синтазу по сравнению с Т-активином

High-temperature Investigations of the Rare Earth NZP Phospates R1/3Zr2(PO4)3 (R=La,Nd,Eu,Lu) by Drop Calorimetry
The high-temperature enthalpy increments of the phosphates La1/3Zr2(PO4)3, Nd1/3Zr2(PO4)3, Eu1/3Zr2(PO4)3 and Lu1/3Zr2(PO4)3 have been measured by high-temperature drop calorimetry in the temperature range 484.5–1090.7 K. The present review addresses a pressing orthopaedic issue of surgical treatment for patients with severe foot deformities occurring as consequence to Charcot neuroarthropathy. Described pathology is a severe threatening condition causing high risk of infections and potential limb loss. The paper describes main foot reconstructive procedures employed depending on pathology stage and localization as well as identifies ways to improve surgical treatment of affected patients.Обзор литературы посвящен актуальной проблеме ортопедии – хирургическому лечению больных с деформациями и дефектами стопы, возникшими на фоне нейроостеоартропатии Шарко. Тяжесть данного заболевания обусловлена высоким риском гнойных осложнений и потери конечности. В обзоре представлены основные методы реконструктивных вмешательств на стопе при различных стадиях и локализации остеоартропатического процесса и определены направления для совершенствования хирургического лечения данной категории больных
INFLUENCE OF RIBOSOMAL COMPLEX ON THE STATE OF RESPIRATORY SYSTEM IN CHILDREN WITH RECURRENT STENOSING LARYNGOTRACHEITIS
An influence of ribosomal-proteoglycan complex (Ribomunyl) on respiratory system in treatment and rehabilitation of 40 children with recurrent stenosing laryngotracheitis developed on the basis of respiratory viral infections was studied. Inclusion of this drug into complex of treatment and rehabilitation resulted in normalization of lungs’ ventilation and threshold sensitivity of airways, decreasing of common IgE and nitric oxide in these patients. The effect means significant decrease of persistent infectious-allergic inflammation. Treatment with this drug resulted in prolongation of remission in increase of children’s quality of life.
