Features of Designing the Criterion-Based Rehabilitation Program for Patients after Arthroscopic Reconstruction of the Anterior Cruciate Ligament

The article presents an innovative criterion-based rehabilitation program for patients, who underwent arthroscopic reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament. The features of the program are described, methodological foundations to perform permissible exercises are presented for each periods of the program, which correspond to a specific motor mode. The degree of preparedness of the patient is determined by the criterion of performance of the test exercises that will permit him to the loads of a new, higher level of trainings. Virtual measuring devices and complexes as main means to improve and to optimize work of scientific, research, metrological and measuring laboratories

У статті розглянуто можливості віртуальних вимірювальних приладів і комплексів щодо використання їх в науково-дослідних, метрологічних і вимірювальних лабораторіях. Проведено аналіз стану розвитку віртуальних вимірювальних приладів, створення на базі цих приладів сучасних автоматизованих робочих місць. Наведено приклад побудови на базі віртуальних вимірювальних приладів автоматизованого робочого місця з повірки приладу вимірювального П-321.В статье рассмотрены возможности виртуальных измерительных приборов и комплексов относительно использования их в научно-исследовательских, метрологических и измерительных лабораториях. Проведен анализ состояния развития виртуальных измерительных приборов, создание на базе данных приборов современных автоматизированных рабочих мест. Приведен пример построения на базе виртуальных измерительных приборов автоматизированного рабочего места по поверке прибора измерительного П-321.In this article we reviewed the capabilities of virtual measuring devices and attitudes in their use in scientific, research, metrological and measuring laboratories. In this research was made analysis of state of their development and creation at their base a number of automated workplaces. Also was shown sample of creation of automated workplace for checking up measuring device P-321 on the background of this virtual measuring devices

У статті розглянуті підходи впровадження методик виконання вимірювань у практику роботи метрологічних служб і удосконалення метрологічної діяльності шляхом введення в дію запропонованих рекомендацій, розширення галузі їх застосування, пошуку альтернативних способів удосконалення основних етапів розробки та атестації методик виконання вимірювань. Наведений приклад рекомендацій щодо розроблення та реалізації методик виконання вимірювань.В статье рассмотрены подходы внедрения методик выполнения измерений в практику работы метрологических служб и усовершенствования метрологической деятельности путем введения в действие предложенных рекомендаций, расширения отрасли их использования, поиска альтернативных способов усовершенствования основных этапов разработки и аттестации, приведен пример рекомендаций относительно разработки и реализации методик выполнения измерений.In the article we also reviewed attitudes of introduction of measuring methods in activities of metrological services and methods how to improve their work with the implementation of proposed recommendations, expanding field of their application, getting alternative ways to improve main stages of working out and attestation of measuring methods, also shown sample of recommendation how to work out and implement measuring methods
