    The results of a research of the stages of the life cycle of an industrial cluster and the factors that determine these stages have been presented. Examples and criteria for distinguishing a different number of stages of the cluster life cycle, various goals pursued by different authors dividing the cluster life cycle in stages have been provided. Descriptions of the criteria of the stages of the life cycle have been given , the choice of these criteria has been substantiated, and also the purpose of studying the life cycle of the cluster with the subsequent division of it into stages has been determined. The concepts of “heterogeneity” and “profile of intracluster interactions” have been introduced and their definitions have been given. Eight characteristics of interactions for constructing a general indicator of the interactions profile have been described

    The challenge of modern threats to the digital economic security of organizations of the Russian Federation in the conditions of widespread application of digital technologies has been considered. The strategic goals, defined in the "Digital program of the Russian Federation " have been analyzed. The logical and functional contradictions of the concepts, related to the digital economy, used in normative documents, have been examined. The applicability in the analysis of threats of S. Mann’s "chaos theory" has been substantiated. The main priority direction of the Russian digital economy has been defined - the protection of the national digital market and reducing Russia’s digital dependence on digital imports. Other critical, practically significant conclusions and a proposal for the organization offurther research have been formulated

    The article has been devoted to the formation of adaptive organizational management structures. The essence of structures and their relationship with other elements of the control system have been analyzed. Adaptability and flexibility are considered as the most important indicators of the efficiency of structures, their ability to ensure sustainable functioning and innovative development of enterprises. The mechanism of formation of adaptive structures has been presented. The issues about the quality of adaptation, the adaptive characteristics of the structure and their consistency with the level and quality of adaptation of other elements of the enterprise, the interface of adaptability and flexibility, the pace of change have been raised. It has been concluded, that the structure is not effective, if it does not seek adaptability. Meanwhile, the process of adaptation should be innovative and ensure effective innovation and technological development of the enterprise
