Superhump evolution of WZ Sge-type dwarf nova ASASSN-14cv at rebrightening stage
© 2016, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.We report the results of observations of a WZ Sge-type dwarf nova ASASSN-14cv, acquired in 2014 and covering the end of a superoutburst and a rebrightening stage. We detected 8 rebrightenings of this star. Based on the light curve profiles of the rebrightenings, we conclude on the existence of both the “inside-out” and “outside-in” outbursts. During the entire course of the rebrightening stage, a brightness variability with the mean period of P = 0.d06042(8) was detected, which was identified as a superhump period during the stage B of the superoutburst. The character of the registered superhump evolution can be either described by a parabolic approximation with the negative Pdot = −1.1 × 10−5, or by an approximation with 2 linear areas with the corresponding periods of 0.d06074(3) and 0.d06046(9)
USE OF CHEMICAL SYNTHESIS OF NANODISPERSE MODIFIERS AT INDUCTION HEATING OF FURNACE CHARGE ON THE BASIS OF POWDERS TIN BRONZE FOR HARDENING AND INCREASE OF TRIBOTECHNICAL PROPERTIES OF THE FUSE-ON COVERINGS
Through the example of an induction centrifugal overlay welding of furnace charge from powders of tin bronze (90–100% of total lump) and an intermediate product (boehmite) the possibility of hardening of the coverings by means of chemical synthesis of nanodisperse modifiers (Al2O3) in the course of heating and transition to a liquid-phase condition of coating material is shown. Reasons about necessity to use in furnace charge of an intermediate product of larger fraction, than the nanodisperse modifiers synthesized from it are provided, if such furnace charge is produced by mechanical mixing and is affected by centrifugal forces. Results of metalgraphical researches and tribotechnical testing of the coverings received from powders of tin bronze and a boehmite in the course of an induction centrifugal overlay welding on the temperature conditions promoting synthesis a-Al2O3 are given

Рейтинговая оценка конкурентоспособности банков Республики Беларусь
The article proposes an original system of indicators, including financial performance indicators, digital development efficiency indicators, and bank competitiveness indicators. On the basis of systematic and integrated approaches, index methods and the formed system of indicators, a methodology for rating the competitiveness of banks in the Republic of Belarus has been developed. A correlation analysis of competitiveness indices was carried out. The results of the assessment are presented and recommendations for their practical use are given. Based on the results of the assessment, the top 5 banks were identified in terms of such indicators as the Digital Development Efficiency Index and the Bank Competitiveness Index, and the reasons that led to the leadership of these banks were identified. On the basis of the study, a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of development and competitiveness of banks in the Republic of Belarus was formed, which takes into account the peculiarities of the functioning and development of Belarusian banks.В статье предложена оригинальная система показателей, включающая финансовые показатели деятельности, показатели эффективности цифрового развития и показатели конкурентоспособности банков. На основе системного и комплексного подходов, индексных методов и сформированной системы показателей разработана методика рейтинговой оценки конкурентоспособности банков Республики Беларусь. Проведен корреляционный анализ индексов конкурентоспособности. Представлены результаты оценки и даны рекомендации по их практическому использованию. По итогам оценки выделен топ-5 банков по таким показателям, как индекс эффективности цифрового развития и индекс конкурентоспособности банков, определены причины, обусловившие лидерство данных банков. На основе проведенного исследования сформирована методика оценки эффективности развития и конкурентоспособности банков Республики Беларусь, которая учитывает особенности функционирования и развития белорусских банков
