Urolitiaza bilaterală la bolnavii cu adenom de prostată (caz clinic)

Summary On giving a description of a clinical case, the authors attend to the homeostatic imbalance specific to the prostatic adenoma, manifested itself in the anatomo-functional alterations of the urogenital apparatus. These, in their turn, bring about disturbances in urinary contents and uro-dynamics. All this leads to the development of urolithiasis and uroiits formation, which complicates frequently the postsurgical period in patients with prostatic adenoma
