Analysis of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) on Engine Power Plant Performance
This research aimed to evaluate the cause of the low-value performance of the electrical energy production engine of GT21 and GT22 units and determine the way to repair so that the engine performance can be improved. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach with value analysis methods Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). The result of OEE values were analyzed using six big losses method so that the occurrence of loss factors can be found and root cause analysis performance using a causal diagram/fishbone diagram and then make any improvement recommendations that can be done by using 5W1H analysis. Based on the research results, performance OEE machine GT21 units of electrical energy production get low value caused by idling and minor stoppage amounting to 99.91% and downtime losses of 0.09%, while the GT22 units due to the setup and adjustment of 16.99% and idling and minor stoppage amounted to 82.98%. The root causes of the losses derived from the operation pattern, the competence of employees, the availability of spare parts, inspection and implementation of the standard job performance test regularly. While remedial steps can be taken by installing some additional equipment and improved methods on the production machine.

Deregulasi Penerbangan Dan Kinerja Perusahaan Penerbangan Niaga Berjadwal Di Indonesia
The purpose of this study is to analyze the aviation deregulation and performance of the scheduled commercial airlines. Samples used are domestic flights of 17 companies. Using descriptive analytical research methods. Deregulation encourage the emergence of new low-cost airline. Up to 2012 the share of the domestic passenger market in general is as much as 78% controlled by low-cost airline companies. Garuda Indonesia, which has the operating license to fly as a full service airline only gain a market share of 22%. It is concluded that the trend of domestic passengers as much as 78% are choosing low cost airlines

Impact of Computer Misuse in the Workplace
Computer misuse leads to computer-related injuries. The incidence of computer-related injuries (CRIs) is reported having a high incidence among office personnel who works routinely with the computer. The purpose of this research is to figure out the incidence of computer-related injuries in an organization with a majority of employees using technology such as a computer. This research is a survey of 120 office personnel selected with a simple random sampling method. The data was collected by distributing a self-administered questionnaire. The results showed that the office personnel experienced computer-related injuries such as computer vision syndrome (eye strain, blurred vision, watery eyes, and headache) and musculoskeletal disorders such as neck pain, shoulder and, waist pain. Ergonomic training is highly recommended to be conducted routinely by the organization to reduce the incidence of CRIs among office personnel.

Pembeda Konsumen dalam Memilih Tempat Belanja Offline Vs Online
The new era of marketing adds an alternative shopping place for consumers where currently online shopping and offline shopping are present. So consumers must choose a shopping choice of the two alternatives. This makes the marketer need to map out what variables or factors from the demographic that make the consumer choose one of the available shopping places. This study looks at how consumers decide where to shop viewed from the consumer demographic factors. The population of this study is consumers of offline and online retail Fashion products, of which the number is unknown, so the sample in this study uses non-probability of 130 respondents in DKI Jakarta. With SPSS analysis tools and discriminant analysis aids used, the results of this study indicate that the factors of education and employing consumers determine consumers to choose shopping at one shopping place. The key to successful marketers must focus on attracting the right consumers with the right way that is appropriate with the consumer's shopping behavior
Consumer Factors in Choosing Shopping Place in 4.0
Research Purpsoses β With the shipment analysis tool used, the results of this study show that education and income factors determine consumers in deciding where to shop in offline, online retail, or both. Methods β This research method is quantitative, while the sample in this study was conducted with non-probability sampling with the criteria respondents are consumers who have shopped Fashion products through online, Respondents are from the age of 17 years. Respondents are those who live around the City of DKI Jakarta. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling method with the number n = 195.Results β In this study it can be concluded that the decision to choose where to shop for Fashion products is strongly influenced by age, education, employment and income if the meaning of the output is drawn.Research limitations βIn this study the decision of consumers to choose where to shop was influenced by factors of consumer characteristics namely education and income. Recommendations for further research are to use more methodological work and other variables.Originality/value β This research is focus on generations who are consumers, each generation has a different behavior where there is a generation X with an age range > 42 years, Generation Y with ages 21-41 years and Generation Z < 21 year
