Delta Surya Sidoarjo Hospital became one of the hospitalsthat was established at theend of the Orbagovernment (1990) which still exists and is growing over time until now.The increase in the utilization rate of patient beds shows a higher level of public trust in the Delta Surya of SidoarjoHospital. As one of the hospitals that is still developing, of course, the quality of income must also continue to increase, butalong with this, expenses also increase along with the increasing value of hospital income. By cooperating with various partiesuntil finally the hospital is still standing today.This research discusses (1) How the development of health facilities at Delta Surya Sidoarjo Hospital in 1990-2002; (2)What is the effect of the establishment and existence of the Delta Surya Sidoarjo Hospital in serving the health of thesurrounding community in 1990-2002. This research uses a historical research method consisting of four stages, namely theheuristic process, namely the collection of sources obtained from the Jagir Archives, and data from the Delta Surya hospitalof Sidoarjo that is allowed to be accessed, and others.
