Utilising CIDOS LMS in technical higher education: the influence of compatibility roles on consistency of use
A remarkable educational phase should consider compatibility of technology use to ensure effective teaching and learning processes. Technical higher education institution has introduced Curriculum Information Document Online System Learning Management System (CIDOS LMS) for Malaysian Polytechnic educators and learners to facilitate the instructional system design, embolden meaning learning and optimise the consistency of use. The present study examines the relationship between compatibility roles among undergraduate engineering students and consistency of use, as well as android game-based learning (GBL) implementation. Previous research has based differences in compatibility on technology utilisation behaviour and found significant differences. One hundred of Year Two undergraduate technical students at Politeknik Merlimau Melaka, Malaysia, took part in the study and completed a survey dealing with compatibility roles, consistency of use and android GBL. The current study shows that compatibility roles, specifically in CIDOS LMS adoption, are the pertinent source of nurturing consistency of use among engineering field students. The findings indicated that compatibility roles have a moderate positive relationship with consistency of use [r = 0.560**; p = 0.01]. Moreover, there is a negative effect between compatibility roles and android GBL [r = −0.001**; p = 0.01]. To sum up, the lecture note obtained the highest percentage (85.8%) among other learning tools used in CIDOS LMS

People have to learn. People learn and keep on learning everyday in every single way to equip themselves with knowledge. In this digital era where information is
available at the touch of a button, there's no excuse for learners (term used by United Education Centre to describe students) not to keep up with changes in the studying environment. The name of our business is United Education Centre (UEC), which is another partnership business. After several surveying we finally chose this location because it is very strategic to furnish educational and social aspect for anyone
Induction of chronic subclinical systemic inflammation in sprague–dawley rats stimulated by intermittent bolus injection of lipopolysaccharide
Chronic subclinical systemic inflammation has a key role in stimulating several chronic conditions associated with cardiovascular diseases, cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, and neurodegenerative diseases. Hence, developing in vivo models of chronic subclinical systemic inflammation are essential to the study of the pathophysiology and to measure the immunomodulatory agents involved. Male Sprague–Dawley rats were subjected to intraperitoneal, intermittent injection with saline, or lipopolysaccharide (LPS) (0.5, 1, 2 mg/kg) thrice a week for 30 days. Hematological, biochemical, and inflammatory mediators were measured at different timepoints and at the end of the study. The hearts, lungs, kidneys, and livers were harvested for histological evaluation. Significant elevation in peripheral blood leukocyte includes neutrophils, monocytes, and lymphocytes, as well as the neutrophils-to-lymphocyte ratio. The pro-inflammatory mediator levels [C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, interleukin (IL)-6, IL-1β, and IL-8] along with the biochemical profile (alkaline phosphatase, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, gamma-glutamyl transferase, creatine kinase, creatinine, and urea) were increased significantly (P < 0.05) and increased the expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 and TNF-β. The histopathological changes of heart, lung, kidney, and liver tissues revealed degeneration, cellular infiltration of leukocyte in the inflammatory foci and interstitial space, edema, early signs of fibrosis, apoptosis, and necrosis. In conclusion, these results
indicate that intermittent exposure to LPS produces chronic subclinical systemic inflammation in multiple organs leading
to chronic conditions and supports this model to be a useful preclinical tool for developing immunotherapeutic agents that
could prevent, or reduce, chronic inflammatory diseases associated with, or without, bacterial translocation
