It is for a purpose of this study to consider how effective a plaque on a tooth removal effect is by changing hand dominance training in toothpaste. A subject assumes it 44 physically unimpaired people (14 men, woman 30), we put it together whether it is in presence of changing hand dominance training enforcement and non-handedness, we assumed it for each 11 people 4. Duration of toothpaste assumes it 42 rounds of three weeks, we judged four times in total to be it every one week. A judgment; by enforcement of plaque control record of O\u27Leary by dental hygienist, we leave polishing in the oral cavity and calculate, we chased the training course of three weeks. As a result, in the group that we carried out as changing hand dominance training, we were able to get a plaque on a tooth removal effect in a person of enforcement more than 70% during a training period. In other words it was suggested that changing hand dominance training in toothpaste was effective

Educational Effects and Issues of On-Campus Practical Trainings Substituting for Practical Trainings that were Cancelled to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19: Case Studies of Nine Prefectures in Chugoku and Shikoku

During the COVID-19 pandemic, some universities substituted on-campus practical trainings on infection prevention for training held at facilities for the elderly and persons with disabilities. The reason was that the trainings had been refused from these facilities. However, the universities that held oncampus trainings gave the programs high evaluations, observing that students’ understanding of children and conference skills improved. Furthermore, the trainings strengthened cooperation between the universities and related institutions in the region. On the other hand, the universities that did not implement on-campus training judged that direct contact with children, persons with disabilities, teachers and staff was most important. They also had concerns about the increased burden such trainings would impose on university. To improve the quality of on-campus training, it is necessary to increase preparations and the number of persons in charge.departmental bulletin pape

This study has three purposes. One examined the comparison at the Preshaping appearance time of the dominant hand and non-dominant hand. Two examined the comparison at the STEF accomplishment time of dominant hand and non-dominant hand. Three examined the Preshaping appearance time and elaborate operation capability, and relevance. In Pre-shaping, a dominant hand was more significantly than a non-dominant hand delayed. As for the STEF accomplishment time, dominant was significantly quicker in accomplishment time than a non-dominant hand. Preshaping appearance time and STEF execution time had negative correlation. With its dominant hand, just before contact was considered that it can perform movement processing smoothly from movement experience being abundant. With non-dominant hand, since movement experience was inferior to dominant hand, it was thought according to making Pre-shaping appear at an early stage that it was adjusting for vision and somatic sensation information

Molecular Design of Bisphosphonate-Modified Proteins for Efficient Bone Targeting In Vivo.

To establish a rational molecular design for bisphosphonate (BP)-modified proteins for efficient bone targeting, a pharmacokinetic study was performed using a series of alendronate (ALN), a nitrogen-containing BP, modified proteins with various molecular weights and varying degrees of modification. Four proteins with different molecular weight—yeast glutathione reductase (GR; MW: 112, 000 Da), bovine serum albumin (BSA; MW: 67, 000 Da), recombinant human superoxide dismutase (SOD; MW: 32, 000 Da), and chicken egg white lysozyme (LZM; MW: 14, 000 Da)—were modified with ALN to obtain ALN-modified proteins. Pharmacokinetic analysis of the tissue distribution of the ALN-modified and unmodified proteins was performed after radiolabeling them with indium-111 ([111]In) by using a bifunctional chelating agent. Calculation of tissue uptake clearances revealed that the bone uptake clearances of [111]In-ALN-modified proteins were proportional to the degree of ALN modification. [111]In-GR-ALN and BSA-ALN, the two high-molecular-weight proteins, efficiently accumulated in bones, regardless of the degree of ALN modification. Approximately 36 and 34% of the dose, respectively, was calculated to be delivered to the bones. In contrast, the maximum amounts taken up by bone were 18 and 13% of the dose for [111]In-SOD-ALN(32) and LZM-ALN(9), respectively, because of their high renal clearance. [111]In-SOD modified with both polyethylene glycol (PEG) and ALN ([111]In-PEG-SOD-ALN) was efficiently delivered to the bone. Approximately 36% of the dose was estimated to be delivered to the bones. In an experimental bone metastasis mouse model, treatment with PEG-SOD-ALN significantly reduced the number of tumor cells in the bone of the mice. These results indicate that the combination of PEG and ALN modification is a promising approach for efficient bone targeting of proteins with a high total-body clearance
