Vietnamese Family - Change from Tradition to Modernity

Family is a cell of society, the first social institution contributing a fairly decisive part to build personality of each person. The family’s stability is the premise for the development of a civilized and wealthy society. Family organization exists and changes with the existence and change of the social life. Over the last years, Vietnamese society have seen vigorous changes in many aspects thereby Vietnamese family is in transition from traditional family to modern one. This article focuses on clarifying the concept of family, traditional Vietnamese family, features of traditional Vietnamese family, especially pointing out the changes from traditional Vietnamese family to Vietnamese family today. Online Load Balancing for Network Functions Virtualization

Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) aims to support service providers to deploy various services in a more agile and cost-effective way. However, the softwarization and cloudification of network functions can result in severe congestion and low network performance. In this paper, we propose a solution to address this issue. We analyze and solve the online load balancing problem using multipath routing in NFV to optimize network performance in response to the dynamic changes of user demands. In particular, we first formulate the optimization problem of load balancing as a mixed integer linear program for achieving the optimal solution. We then develop the ORBIT algorithm that solves the online load balancing problem. The performance guarantee of ORBIT is analytically proved in comparison with the optimal offline solution. The experiment results on real-world datasets show that ORBIT performs very well for distributing traffic of each service demand across multipaths without knowledge of future demands, especially under high-load conditions

Quantile panel-type analysis for income inequality and healthcare expenditure

This study investigates the causal relationship between Income Inequality and Healthcare Expenditure within a quantile panel-type causality framework using yearly panel data from 2004 to 2017. The empirical results show that within the high-growth regime of health expenditure to income ratio, reducing the deterioration of income inequality can make the ratio of health expenditure to income keep increasing. Besides, within the extreme income inequality regime, the ratio of health expenditure to income continues to increase, which can reduce the deterioration degree of income inequality. This paper presents evidence that to improve the continuous deterioration of income inequality; it should focus on the continuous increase in the ratio of health expenditure to income, not just the continuous increase in health expenditure. Accordingly, policy-makers should be cautious about the momentum between the ratio of health expenditure to income and income inequality when they reach the extremely quantiles

Nguyen Trai–a national hero, an excellent culturist, a judicious politician, an outstanding military counsellor, a genius diplomat and a great poet.The article does not aim to present the whole concept of Nguyen Trai, but rather to analyze his concept of the right way to be human in his work “Quốc âm thi tập” (Collected poems in the National Language) and from there put forward its significance in Vietnam’s modern society. Survey on Mutation-based Test Data Generation

The critical activity of testing is the systematic selection of suitable test cases, which be able to reveal highly the faults. Therefore, mutation coverage is an effective criterion for generating test data. Since the test data generation process is very labor intensive, time-consuming and error-prone when done manually, the automation of this process is highly aspired. The researches about automatic test data generation contributed a set of tools, approaches, development and empirical results. In this paper, we will analyse and conduct a comprehensive survey on generating test data based on mutation. The paper also analyses the trends in this field
