Ho Chi Minh’s Philosophical Ideology on Culture
Get PDFHo Chi Minh’s philosophical ideology on culture is a system of specifically and
revolutionarily theoretic viewpoints on culture, foundation of Vietnam culture, result
of creative application and development of Marxism-Leninism into Vietnam’s specific
context, inheritance and development of good traditional values of national culture in
combination with human-being culture quintessence in considering, evaluating and
promoting the big role of culture as spiritual foundation of the society. It is both target
and motive power for economic-social development. This is a heritage with big theoretic
and practical value for our country’s revolution. In this document, the authors focus
on the analysis of Ho Chi Minh’s philosophical ideology on culture and clarify some
important orientations of Party on building an advanced culture deeply imbued with its
national identity in the current context of Vietnam

No full textAlong with the development of the Internet and modern communication methods today, there are many ways to transfer secret or private information. Most of previous researches concentrate on dealing with still image and computer’s software processing. In this paper, we propose a technique to embed secret information into audio file and its hardware implementation. The LSB substitution algorithm is used and the system is realized by FPGA. The results prove that the system is capable for covert communication applicationsNgày nay với sự phát triển của Internet và những phương tiện truyền thông hiện đại, việc trao đổi thông tin mật hay riêng tư có rất nhiều cách để thực hiện. Hầu hết các nghiên cứu trước đây đều tập trung vào hình ảnh và xử lý thông tin bằng phần mềm trên máy tính. Trong bài báo này, chúng tôi nghiên cứu việc chèn thông tin mật vào tập tin âm thanh và đề xuất phương pháp thực hiện bằng phần cứng. Thuật toán được sử dụng là thay thế những bit có trọng số thấp nhất và hệ thống được thực hiện trên FPGA. Kết quả cho thấy khả năng hoạt động của hệ thống đảm bảo các yêu cầu của việc truyền thông tin mậ
