Khảo sát tình hình nhiễm giun tròn đường tiêu hóa ở nhím đuôi ngắn (Hystrix brachyura) tại tỉnh Trà Vinh

Qua kiểm tra 255 mẫu phân nhím và mổ khám 27 con nhím ở 3 huyện Cầu Ngang, Càng Long và Cầu Kè tại tỉnh Trà Vinh, kết quả cho thấy: với phương pháp kiểm tra phân, nhím nhiễm giun tròn có tỷ lệ nhiễm chung là 76,5%. Tỷ lệ nhiễm giun tròn tăng dần theo lứa tuổi, nhím ở lứa tuổi >24 tháng có tỷ lệ nhiễm cao nhất 90%, nhím từ 13 - 24 tháng tuổi nhiễm 86,7%, kế đến là nhím từ 3 - 12 tháng tuổi nhiễm 70% và thấp nhất là nhím 13 tháng và >24 tháng nhiễm giun tròn 100%, kế đến là nhím từ 3 - 12 tháng tuổi nhiễm 88,9%. Có 3 loài giun tròn được tìm thấy ký sinh trên nhím là Trichuris infundibulus, Enterobius vermicularis và Neoascaris mackerrasa. Tuy nhiên lại có sự khác biệt về tỷ lệ nhiễm giữa các loài so với phương pháp kiểm tra phân. Các loài Trichuris infundibulus, Enterobius vermicularis có tỷ lệ nhiễm cao 96,3%, thấp nhất là loài Neoascaris mackerrasae nhiễm 18,5%

The role of foreign direct investment in the relationship between economic growth and tourism revenue in Vietnam

In this study, we shed light on the causal relationship between tourism revenue (TOV) and economic growth (GDP) during the period from 1995 to 2020 and then analyze the role of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in explaining the movement of the TOV-GDP relationship within the Quantile-on-Quantile Regression (QQR) and Granger causality in different quantiles frameworks. The results from the QQR indicate that TOV and FDI remarkably impact economic growth in different quantiles. More specifically, the Granger causality test findings suggest a bidirectional association between the concerned variables at divergent quantiles exists. The consistency of the results uncovers that the estimates are reliable and appropriate for supporting strategies aimed at increasing economic growth in Vietnam
