APPLICATION EXPERIENCE OF CETIRIZINE IN THERAPY AGAINST ALLERGIC DERMATOSES AMONG CHILDREN
The authors highlight the application experience of cetirizine (Parlazin, Egis, Hungary) among 27 children aged between 3 and 17 years, suffering from hives, allergic dermatitis (common and contact), atopic dermatitis and associated respiratory allergy presentations. They showed the clinical efficiency of a medication and its good tolerance.Key words: cetirizine, allergic dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, children, treatment.</strong

The paper considers the presumed mechanisms of the etiology and pathogenesis of a common skin disease, such as atopic dermatitis (AD), from the point of view of psychosomatic theories and models in modern medicine. It analyzes the literature data suggesting that the peptidergic and immune systems are actively involved in the development of key symptoms of the disease. The systems of monoamine neurotransmitters (dopamine, noradrenaline, and serotonin) participating in the development and functioning of all mental processes (emotions, thinking, perception, etc.) were found to also play an important role in the pathogenesis of AD. There are examples of successfully using drugs from the groups of neuroleptics, antidepressants, tranquilizers in AT.Π Π°ΡΡΠΌΠ°ΡΡΠΈΠ²Π°ΡΡΡΡ ΠΏΡΠ΅Π΄ΠΏΠΎΠ»Π°Π³Π°Π΅ΠΌΡΠ΅ ΠΌΠ΅Ρ

Seborrheic dermatitis in patients with psychoneurological disorders
Seborrheic dermatitis (SD) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease. Genetic predisposition, hormonal disorders, neurohumoral, metabolic, and immune changes play an important role in the development of this disease. All these factors lead to activation of pathogenic microbial flora and development of the skin rash characteristic of SD. Malassezia fungus is currently believed to be the main etiological factor in the development of SD. In this paper, the authors draw attention to the characteristic features of seborrheic dermatitis in patients with neuropsychiatric disorders. Authors report their own observations. The use of Nizoral shampoo twice a week for 1 month was recommended as a topical therapy. In 58.3% of patients, no symptoms of seborrheic dermatitis were observed 1 month after administration of Nizoral shampoo. In 41.7% of patients, there was no itching and peeling, but minor hyperemia at the areas of rash was preserved. After the end of therapy, a two-month-long remission was observed in2/3 of patients, while others had only slight peeling. In view of the intense sebostatic effect of 2% ketoconazole, it can be recommended for the use in the form of shampoo for treatment and prevention of seborrheic dermatitis in patients at specialized institutions. The ease of use greatly facilitates the care for patients with psychoneurological disorders. Β© 2015, Media Sphera Publishing Group. All rights reserved

Papillomavirus infection. How to avoid relaps?
The paper presents data on the prevalence of PVI, the recurrence rate of this infection. It discusses various therapy protocols of the disease including the use of destructive methods in the treatment and combination of the above methods with immunomodulating therapy. The own observation data are provided
