Global warming.

The objective of this project is to determine the importance and the real reasons for global warming. This includes analyzing the greenhouse effect, climate and greenhouse gas concentration trends, and how they influence the world around us. This study is an attempt to sort out the issues and to gain a better understanding of global warming and to propose once again some possible solutions to the problem

Constraint analysis of production processes for landing gear products at Wyman Gordon

This primary objective of this report is to reduce the cycle time of landing gear parts at Wyman Gordon. The project team used lean manufacturing techniques, time studies, historical databases and interviews to analyze the overall processes and the constraints. With these findings, possible areas for improvement were determined and recommendations were made to improve these areas. In addition, multiple processes were redesigned and an implementation plan was created
