    Building detection by local region features in SAR images

    The buildings are very complex for detection on SAR images, where the basic features of those are shadows. There are many different representations for SAR shadow. As result it is no possible to use convolutional neural network for building detection directly. In this article we give property analysis of SAR shadows of different type buildings. After that, each region (ROI) prepared for training of building detection is corrected with its own SAR shadow properties.     A skeleton building algorithm in case of lack of memory is presented. Built skeleton is topologically equivalent to the original object. Despite the fact that data are processed locally, this algorithm preserves a skeleton global attribute - centeredness. It is parallel and divided into independent stages, each of which can be substituted with alternatives. The method is based on pseudo-distance maps and constructed skeleton can be used to calculate topological as well as morphological characteristics of the object.Представлен алгоритм построения скелета, топологически эквивалентного оригинальному объекту, в условиях, когда все данные не помещаются в оперативную память компьютера. Несмотря на то, что данные обрабатываются локально, сохраняется важная глобальная характеристика скелета - центральность. Алгоритм является параллельным и разделен на независимые шаги. Построенный скелет основан на псевдо-дистанционных картах и может быть использован для вычисления как топологических, так и морфологических характеристик

    The method of determination of the dynamic characteristics like the vessel diameter change, the linear and volume blood velocities in the vessels of the eye fundus is considered. Such characteristics allow to determine blood flow changes in the microvasculature affecting the blood flow in the brain, kidneys and coronary vessels. Developed algorithm includes four stages: the video sequence stabilization, the vessels segmentation with the help of a neural network, the determination of the instantaneous velocity in the vessels based on the optical flow and the analysis of the results.Рассматривается метод определения динамических количественных характеристик кровотока в сосудах глазного дна глаза, таких как изменение диаметра сосуда, линейная и объемная скорости кровотока. Данные характеристики позволяют определить изменения кровотока в микроциркуляторном русле, влияющие на кровоток в сосудах мозга, почек и коронарных сосудах. Разработанный алгоритм включает этапы стабилизации видеопоследовательности, сегментации сосудов с помощью нейронной сети, определения мгновенной скорости в сосуде на основе оптического потока, анализа полученных результатов.
