    The article analyzes the predictive value of risk factors for periodontitis, the data obtained from a prospective observation of 150 patients. Evaluation of the flow of the process of inflammation was carried out according to morphological study. Saving inflammatory infiltrate in the background of the anti-microbial treatment stage, accompanied by marked clinical effect was regarded as 'poor' outcome of therapy. Discriminant analysis of anamnestic, clinical, morphological and molecular genetic characteristics of patients allowed to calculate graduation factors predicting. The greatest predictive value is a predictor of 'carrier 2R allele of the gene IL-1 RN, IL-1 family1. Following graduation in molecular genetics predictor is β€˜3R allele of the gene IL-4 and the last one -'allele-308A' gene TNFΞ±Β». Of the predictors of having a digital expression, the greatest predictive value are: the 'age' and 'Limitation of the disease’.     Thermal effects of carbonated hydroxyapatite modified by glycine and albumin

    In this work calcium phosphate powders were obtained by precipitation method from simulated solutions of synovial fluid containing glycine and albumin. X-ray diffraction and IR spectroscopy determined that all samples are single-phase and are presented by carbonate containing hydroxyapatite (CHA). The thermograms of solid phases of CHA were obtained and analyzed; five stages of transformation in the temperature range of 25-1000Β°C were marked. It is shown that in this temperature range dehydration, decarboxylation and thermal degradation of amino acid and protein connected to the surface of solid phase occur. The tendency of temperature lowering of the decomposition of powders synthesized from a medium containing organic substances was determined. Results demonstrate a direct dependence between the concentration of the amino acid in a model solution and its content in the solid phase

    For a number of systemic diseases accompanied by changes in the state of organs and tissues of the oral cavity, manifested more active over carious diseases, lesions of the oral mucosa and periodontal, dental plaque formation. Correlation analysis carried out in the ratio of chemical elements in dental plaque in patients with essential hypertension (EH), diabetes mellitus (DM) and chronic pyelonephritis (KP). In individuals with different somatic diseases established differences in the ratio of chemical elements in the dental plaque. It proved that for hypertensive patients characterized by an increased content of cadmium, vanadium, selenium, and molybdenum, with reduced content of rubidium, silver, barium and chromium, diabetics have a higher content of copper and cadmium, and patients with chronic pyelonephritis distinguishes high content of cesium, indium, vanadium and arsenic under reduced content of silver, titanium, chromium, manganese and bromine. Solid dental deposits are irritating to the gum, the retention points are for the accumulation of dental plaque, disrupt the process of self-purification of the periodontal pocket.
