    The formation of values. Challenges and perspectives in the integral formation of the future professional of the health

    La necesidad de profundizar y fortalecer la educaci贸n en valores en el actual contexto de la universalizaci贸n es una prioridad. En aras de este prop贸sito, se modela un sistema de actividades desde la v铆a extracurricular para desarrollar la labor educativa-formativa en el proceso de universalizaci贸n de La Educaci贸n Superior. Se realiz贸 en dos etapas: diagn贸stica y de intervenci贸n, a partir del trabajo integrado de los departamentos de Historia Filosof铆a y 脡tica y La C谩tedra Militar. Se parti贸 de las deficiencias detectadas: insuficiencias en la formaci贸n pol铆tica-ideol贸gica; insuficiente salida al trabajo educativo-formativo y la falta de una metodolog铆a que integre coherentemente acciones desde lo extracurricular en apoyo a la clase, como eslab贸n esencial del proceso y v铆a fundamental para lograr la formaci贸n integral del estudiante. Se observa como resultado una mayor motivaci贸n de los estudiantes hacia las actividades patri贸ticas y pol铆ticas convocadas adem谩s del inter茅s por el aprendizaje de estas asignaturas.聽The need to deepen and strengthen education in values in the current context of universalization is a priority. For the sake of this purpose, a system of activities is modeled from the extracurricular way to develop the educational-formative work in the process of universalization of Higher Education. It was carried out in two stages: diagnosis and intervention, based on the integrated work of the Departments of Philosophy and Ethics History and The Military staff. The shortcomings were identified: shortcomings in political-ideological formation; insufficient output to the educational-formative work and the lack of a methodology that coherently integrates actions from the extracurricular in support of the class, as essential link of the process and fundamental way to achieve the integral formation of the student. As a result, students' motivation towards patriotic and political activities is highlighted as well as their interest in learning these subjects
