The article is aimed at improving the process of management of business activity of an industrial enterprise on the basis of substantiation of tasks, functions and principles of business activity management. The article considers the issues related to the development of elimination of problems of business activity management. The subject of research is the approach to the management of business activity of an industrial enterprise. As result of research, different approaches to management of business activity of an industrial enterprise are researched, their strengths and weaknesses are identified. The main disadvantage of the researched methodologies is insufficient study of the issues of effective management of business activity of an industrial enterprise. It is proposed to improve the management of business activity of an industrial enterprise on the basis of substantiating tasks, functions, and principles of management

The mechanism of innovative development of the agricultural sector of the economy: an empirical approach

The innovative model of the agricultural sector of Russia is presented as a set of subjects and institutions whose activities are aimed at implementing innovative processes in the agricultural sector of the economy. Due to the ability to use a wide range of legal, administrative, economic, and other means of influencing the innovation sphere, it is the state that has a central role in the mechanism of innovative development. It is proved that the formation of the mechanism of innovative development of the agricultural sector of the economy should be carried out on the basis of the institutional model of innovative development of the agricultural sector. The mechanism of innovative development of the agricultural sector of the economy, developed in response to the requirements of the institutional model of the introduction of innovative technologies, is proposed. The innovative model is a recognized guideline for the strategic contours of the development of the agricultural sector, makes it possible to construct such a type of interaction of productive forces and the implementation of industrial relations, which carries the foundations of progressivity. The process of formation and optimization of the mechanism of innovative development of the agricultural sector of the economy is proposed to be divided into the following six stages, which allows us to identify potential opportunities for activating the innovative model of the agricultural sector. A methodological approach to the diagnosis of the functioning of the mechanism of innovative development of the economy has been developed, based on the technology of solving complex problems by analyzing hierarchies

Improvement of the management subsystem in the economic mechanism of the construction enterprises, taking into account the innovative component

The scale and the level of the scientific developments in forming of the economic mechanism for managing innovative development, the search for the main factors that hinder the innovative activities of the enterprises and grounding of the mechanisms for attracting innovations into production remain insufficiently studied. The article presents recommendations on forming the economic mechanism for managing the innovative development of the construction enterprises. Quality assurance is understood as a system of measures that constantly maintain consumer confidence in the product quality. Accordingly, the role of the personnel of the enterprise increases significantly. Therefore, it is necessary to pay great attention to the functioning of the following principles: labor collective; machines; materials; method; sphere. Considering this fact, the mechanism for maximizing the management of the innovative development has been proposed, which is based on the principles of management, on the principles of the quality system and the improvement of the construction enterprises activities

Outsourcing in the housing sector

The purpose of the study is to justify the use of such a mechanism to improve the efficiency of enterprises as outsourcing, taking into account the specifics of the housing and communal services industry. The relevance is dictated by the fact that some activities are too burdensome and expensive for companies, so managers decide to use the services of contractors. Outsourcing has become an integral part of modern housing and communal services. The authors summarized the foreign experience of reforming housing and communal services and formed proposals for the implementation of outsourcing. Foreign experience of reforming of housing and communal services and the principles of management of housing stock of such countries as Germany, Poland, Great Britain, and France is analyzed. According to the carried-out analysis, some recommendations concerning the increase in the role of bodies of self-organization of the population in management of this sphere and ensuring improvement of quality of granting housing and communal services to the population are offered in the article. Advantages of the use of outsourcing in the activity of utility companies are revealed. The results of the study may be of interest to management companies in the field of housing and communal services

Development of the competitive advantages of the enterprise based on the network cooperation

The article deals with the issues of ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises by means of the network interactions. The aim of the research is to study the problem of choosing the effective toolkit for managing the development of the manufacturing enterprises based on the inter-organizational integration processes. The issues of integration with other market participants, which is a prerequisite for ensuring the strategic competitive advantages of the enterprises in the context of globalization, are discussed in the article. The simplified algorithm has been developed to substantiate the feasibility of the method of integrating a business entity with other market participants. As a result of the research, the logic of crosssectoral integration of the enterprises was substantiated through the creation of the networked business systems. They are characterized by flexibility and ability by their nature to adapt to the market space. As a result, the main stages of creating the business network were identified, which presuppose the presence of the key components of its forming. They are missions, goals, resources

Development of mathematical model for assessing social and economic state of region

Information systems that imply using mathematical model and enable estimating and forecasting an effect of various factors on the results of social and economic processes may become an effective instrument of comprehensive assessment of territorial development. The present paper considers the elaboration of a mathematical model intended for assessing a region’s social and economic state. Elaboration of an approach to assessment of the dynamics of territorial development is considered in this work as well. Based on the statistical research, values of a number of economical, social and ecological indicators were obtained, which play a significant part in assessing the state of a region. The authors suggest an approach to defining an optimal development pathway in case when long-term plans are already formulated

Assessing resultativeness of enterprise adaptation to market changes in the digital economy

Our research aims to develop and scientifically justify theoretical provisions and practical recommendations used for assessing resultativeness of a business enterprise adaptation to changing markets in digital economic environment which, in addition, creates opportunities for industrial enterprises to improve their resultativeness. In our study, assessment of enterprise adaptation performance is based on the method of indicator system development and logical analysis methods. Methodology described in this paper uses formula for calculating and algorithm for measuring industrial enterprise adaptation performance and, therefore, provides an opportunity to obtain useful information on effectiveness of company adaptation to market changes in the digital economy

Strategy of Rational Therapy of Acute Respiratory Infections in Patients with Comorbidity

Abstract. The paper discusses specific features of acute respiratory infections (ARI) progression in patients with comorbidity. The relevance of this study is accounted for by severe progression of ARIs in this group of patients, as well as by specific considerations of combining causal treatment of infections with life-long treatment of chronic diseases.The aim of the study was to use a clinical case to substantiate an optimal treatment strategy for influenza and associated complications in a comorbid patient.Results: the analysis of the clinical case showed that an unfavourable course of ARI in the patient was due to the lack of timely antiviral therapy, adverse effects of paracetamol during statin therapy, exposure to pneumonia pathogen degradation products, general intoxication, and immune response. The compromised medical history contributed to the development of severe complications. The paper proposes a strategy for selecting the most eff ective and safe approach to the treatment of ARIs in a comorbid patient.Conclusions: ARIs in patients with chronic diseases entail increased risks of complications that may arise both due to specific characteristics of the infection and unfavourable combination of drugs. Treatment regimens for infl uenza and other ARIs in comorbid patients should be eff ective and timely. Early antiviral treatment is especially important in patients with comorbidity. When choosing a treatment regimen, it is necessary to assess potential benefi ts of pharmacotherapy as well as associated risks, including those related to previously prescribed medicines
