    Pada saat ini kebutuhan terhadap sepeda motor bagi masyarakat sangat vital mengingat tingginya kemacetan yang ada di jalan raya, sehingga salah satu alternative untuk mempermudah dan kelancaran untuk mencapai suatu tujuan di dalam kota, maka sepeda motor merupakan salah satu pilihan yang tepat.  Bahwa keputusan pembelian sepeda motor merupakan kepuasan pelanggan yang sangat penting untuk diteliti.  Hal ini disebabkan besarnya kepemilikan motor Yamaha Mio tersebut yang ada di wilayah Medan, seperti kita ketahui bahwa yang menjadi permasalahan disini adalah kepuasan pelanggan terhadap keputusan pembelian Motor Yamaha Mio.Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 88 responden sebagai sampel, melakukan pengamatan sederhana di lapangan, dan memperoleh dokumen yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Kemudian data hasil kuesioner di uji dengan menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda.Dari hasil uji t diketahui bahwa : Harga berpengaruh significant terhadap variable Keputusan Pembelian.   Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh significant terhadap  variable Keputusan Pembelian. Dari hasil uji F Harga dan Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh significant terhadap Keputusan Pembelian sementara itu hasil uji determinan menyatakan pembelian sebesar 39,2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 60,8 % dijelaskan oleh variable yang tidak diteliti seperti merek, promosi, dan kualitas produk

    The existence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as Strengthening the Village Economy. This village-owned enterprise is one of the institutions engaged in the social and economic fields and as a service provider to the village community, especially regarding the business sector. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach, with a focus on research: inequality between BUMDes and the food stall business. The results of this study are that the existence of village-owned enterprises is in accordance with the regulations regulated by the village with village regulations regarding village-owned enterprises, but there is a significant effect on the income of the food stall business.It is known that the t-count before and after the existence of BUMDes is 4.706 with prob (0.000 0.05). Thus, the results obtained are Ho is rejected which explains that there is a difference before and after the existence of BUMDes which is calculated based on the income of the food stall business before and after the BUMDes, meaning that BUMDes has an effect on the decrease in the income of the basic food stall business.

    This study aims to the effect of cash flow on stock prices in food beverage sub-sectorMaufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study has a population of 21 companies that are Food and Beverage Sub Sector Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018-2020 which are then determined to be sampled using a purposive sampling method to obtain a sample of 13 Food and Beverage Sub Sector Manufacturing Companies by Specified criteria. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive. Data analysis includes data feasibility test, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing partially and simultaneously. The result of this study indicate that (1) Operating Cash Flow has no effect on stock prices, (2) Investment Cash Flow has no effect on stock prices, (3) Funding cash flow has a significant effect on stock prices, (4) the effect operating cash flow, investment cash flow, and funding cash flow has no effect on stock prices

    This research aims to determine how much influence the price and product quality have on the buying interest of Emina's lipstick cosmetics among female students at the Islamic University of North Sumatra. The population of this study was 378 students of the Faculty of Economics, Department of Management at the Islamic University of North Sumatra. The sample in this study were 79 respondents. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression analysis, because the variables used were more than two variables. Statistical testing is done by using F-test (simultaneous) and t-test (partial). The results of the data research show that the price and product quality together have a positive and significant effect on buying interest for Emina lipstick cosmetics as evidenced by simultaneous significant testing obtained by Fcount ≥ Ftable (75.736 ≥ 3.13) with a significance level of0.000 0.05. Through the partial significance test it is stated that the price variable does not have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest, this can be seen from the tcount ≥ t table (1.523 ≥ 1.995) with a significance level (0.132 ≤ 0.05) and the Product Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchase interest, this can be seen from tcount ≥ ttable (11.918 ≥ 1.995) with a significance level (0.000 ≤ 0.05)

    Consumption Behavior of Organic Rice in Indonesia: Review of Modified Theory of Planned Behaviour

    This research aims to inspect the concept of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) on organic rice consumption in Indonesia. This study uses a positivism research paradigm with a quantitative approach. The research sample includes families who consume organic rice in Indonesia. As many as 250 people. The analysis device used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which operated through the AMOS v 24.0 program. The outcomes of this research are: (1) Knowledge of organic rice and income has a substantial effect on the attitude of organic rice consumption; (2) Income does not affect the intention to consume organic rice; (3) Income does not affect consumption behavior of organic rice; (4) The attitude of organic rice consumption has a significant effect on the intention to consume organic rice; (5) Subjective norms take a significant impact on intention to consume organic rice; (6) The choice to consume organic rice has a substantial effect on the consumption behavior of organic rice; (7) There is an indirect effect of knowledge about organic rice on organic rice consumption behavior with organic rice consumption attitude and organic rice consumption intention as mediating variables; (8) Income has a substantial effect on organic rice consumption behavior by mediating the attitude of organic rice consumption and intention to consume organic rice; (9) Subjective norms have an indirect effect on organic rice consumption behavior with the intention of consuming organic rice as a mediation. This study can be used in TPB modification by adding to the constructs of knowledge and income as factors that influence attitudes. In this study, payment does not directly affect the intention and consumption behavior of organic assuming. Subjek penelitian adalah 54 orang mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Manejemen UISU stambuk 2015-2018.  Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder.Hasil uji f menunjukkan bahwa perilaku konsumen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai probabilitas signifikansi dibawah 0.05 yaitu 0.000 dan nilai f sebesar 40.954. Sedangkan hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai probabilitas signifikansi  0.05 yaitu 0,005 dan nilai t sebesar -2.928.  Variabel sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap proses keputusan pembelian dalam menggunakan jasa Go-jek online di Kota Medan. Variabel pribadi berpengaruh positif terhadap proses keputusan pembelian dalam menggunakan jasa Go-jek online di Kota Medan. Faktor psikologis berpengaruh positif  terhadap proses keputusan pembelian dalam menggunakan jasa Go-jek online di Kota Medan.Variable kebudayaan, sosial, pribadi dan psikologis berpengaruh berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian dalam menggunakan jasa Go-jek online di Kota Medan.Hasil R2 = 0,770 yang berarti menjelaskan besarnya pengaruh budaya, sosial, Pribadi, dan psikologi terhadap keputusan pembelian dalam menggunakasan jasa Go-jek adalah sebesar 77% dan sisanya sebesar 33% dijelaskan variabel lainnyayang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini

    The results obtained from this study indicate that simultaneously customer satisfaction and loyalty have a significant and significant effect on repurchase decisions. Partially, the satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions, the loyalty variable has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions. Based on the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.438, meaning that 43.8% of the re-purchase decision variable can be trusted by the customer satisfaction and loyalty variables.     Human resources are essentially one of the assets that play an important role in achieving company goals. Human resources are company assets that must be maintained. Empowerment of human resources that is managed regularly and systematically will produce qualified and competitive quality human resources. In this rapidly growing era, companies must be extra selective in selecting competitive, qualified and highly competitive human resources. The formulation in this study is how the influence of workload on employee performance in Balitbang, North Sumatra Province. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze workload on employee performance in the Balitbang Province of North Sumatra. This research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection was carried out through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The sample in this study was 52 people using Arikunto's theory. The questionnaires received back from respondents were 52 questionnaires. Variables are measured by testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis through the F test and t test. Based on the research results, it is known that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at the Balitbang Province of North Sumatra. This is evident from the results of the t test where 0.000 0.05, Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Balitbang Province of North Sumatra. This is evident from the results of the t test where 0.000 0.05. Workload (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, because f count f table, namely (14,972 3.19. Based on the results of data processing, the value of the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.379. This means that 37.9% of the variable dependent (Employee Performance) is influenced or explained by the independent variables namely workload and job satisfaction and the remaining 62.1% (100% -37.9%) is influenced or explained by other variables outside the variables used in this stud

    The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the location of the sale affects the consumer's purchase decision, whether the price affects the consumer's purchase decision, whether the location of the sale and the price affect the consumer's purchase decision. The purpose of this study is to know the influence of sales location on consumer purchasing decisions, To know the influence of prices on consumer purchasing decisions, To know the influence of sales locations and prices on consumer purchasing decisions. This research is a survey research and is casual associative. The population in this study amounted to 100 people and the sample in this study amounted to 100 buyers on broiler breed chickens. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Tenik data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that Sales Locations have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the calculated t value the table t value of 2,681 1,984 with a significant rate of 0.000 0.05.
