Comparison between accounting profit and economic profit and its effect on optimal point of production
Profit is one of the main data indicators to assess economic firm that can be regarded as a proper indicator for decision-making. In spite of all various concepts that have been submitted for profit concepts, it seems these concepts are not acceptable by economists and accountants. This research investigates submitted concepts and definitions that are relatively comprehensive and accepted in two fields of economics and accounting; moreover, analyzing impacts of each definition is accepted. Discrepancy in economists and accountants’ view about cost leads to a difference between accounting profit and economic profit. Thus, opportunity cost is not deniable in this role. Moreover, the accountants use straight line or exponential method for calculating depreciation, whereas the economists utilize a method based on profit. This research has tried to present an acceptable concept for profit using the conducted studies and submitted theoretical basics

Delphinidin immobilized on silver nanoparticles for the simultaneous determination of ascorbic acid, noradrenalin, uric acid, and tryptophan
AbstractIn the present study, the fabrication of a new modified electrode for electrocatalytic oxidation of noradrenalin, based on the delphinidin immobilized on silver nanoparticles modified glassy carbon electrode. Cyclic voltammetry was used to investigate the redox properties of this modified electrode. The surface charge transfer rate constant (ks) and the charge transfer coefficient (α) for the electron transfer between the glassy carbon electrode and the immobilized delphinidin were calculated. The differential pulse voltammetry exhibited two linear dynamic ranges and a detection limit of 0.40μM for noradrenalin determination. Moreover, the present electrode could separate the oxidation peak potentials of ascorbic acid, noradrenalin, uric acid, and tryptophan in a mixture. The usefulness of this nanosensor was also investigated for the determination of ascorbic acid, noradrenalin, and uric acid in pharmaceutical and biological fluid samples with satisfactory results
Preparation and electrochemical application of rutin biosensor for differential pulse voltammetric determination of NADH in the presence of acetaminophen
The electrocatalytic behavior of reduced nicotinamide adenine di-nucleotide (NADH) was studied at the surface of a rutin biosensor, using various electrochemical methods. According to the results, the rutin biosensor had a strongly electrocatalytic effect on the oxidation of NADH with the overpotential being decreased by about 450 mV as compared to the process at a bare glassy carbon electrode, GCE. This value is significantly greater than the value of 220 mV that was reported for rutin embedded in a lipid-cast film. The kinetic parameters of the electron transfer coefficient, a, and the heterogeneous charge transfer rate constant, kh, for the electrocatalytic oxidation of NADH at the rutin biosensor were estimated. Furthermore, the linear dynamic range; sensitivity and limit of detection for NADH were evaluated using the differential pulse voltammetry method. The advantages of this biosensor for the determination of NADH are excellent catalytic activity and reproducibility, good detection limit and high exchange current density. The rutin biosensor could separate the oxidation peak potentials of NADH and acetaminophen present in the same solution while at a bare GCE, the peak potentials were indistinguishable
