Improvement of training inlabor medicine

The article is devoted to the organization of postgraduate training of specialists in the specialties "Occupational Health" and "Profpathology" at the Department of Hygiene and Occupational Diseases of the Ural State Medical University. It is shown that the integration of vocational training in occupational health and occupational pathology within the framework of a single department makes it possible to optimize the pedagogical process. The department has a modern material and technical base that allows to carry out such forms of education as high-level lectures accompanied by multimedia presentations, laboratory and practical exercises, including at industrial enterprises in Ekaterinburg, business games, round tables, seminars on the exchange of experience, scientific and practical conferences. For doctors of medical institutions in remote areas of the region and other subjects of the Russian Federation, lectures, seminars, and practical exercises are conducted using a telemedicine network which allows full interactive training.Статья посвящена организации последипломной подготовки специалистов по специальностям «Гигиена труда» и «Профпатология» на кафедре гигиены и профессиональных болезней Уральского государственного медицинского университета. Показано, что интегрирование профессионального обучения по гигиене труда и профпатологии в рамках единой кафедры позволяет оптимизировать педагогический процесс. Кафедра обладает современной материально-технической базой, что позволяет осуществлять на высоком уровне такие формы обучения, как лекции, сопровождаемые мультимедийными презентациями, лабораторные и практические занятия, в том числе на промышленных предприятиях г. Екатеринбурга, деловые игры, круглые столы, семинары по обмену опытом, научно-практические конференции. Для врачей лечебных учреждений отдаленных районов области и других субъектов Российской Федерации лекции, семинары, практические занятия проводятся с использованием телемедицинской сети, позволяющим вести полноценное интерактивное обучение
