    子ども虐待に対する保育士のアセスメントおよび関わりの傾向 : 保育士経験年数の差異における比較

    This study aimed to identify the trends of nursery teachers' assessment and care of abused or neglected children. Questionnaires were given to 599 nursery teachers. Almost all of them were interested in child abuse and neglect. Nursery teachers thought that observation of the following points was important: physical injury, status of attendance, and the attitude of the parents to the child. However, few thought that observation of growth situation and the childs' physical conditions was as important. Nursery teachers with many years of experience observed personal relations of abused children and their parents more carefully than other teachers. The support for abused children or their parents was non-judgemental irrespective of nursery teachers' years of experience
