THE ROLE OF IMMUNE STATUS OF MOTHER AND FETUS IN PATHOGENESIS OF GESTOSIS

The research deals with the results of mother and fetus immune status investigations and indexes of A, M, G classes of immunoglobulins in mothers venous blood during the last phase of delivery. A comparative analysis of these indexes was made in 2 groups in physiologic pregnancy course and in pregnancy complicated by the development of disgammaglobulinemia in the form of Ig G increase and Ig A, Ig M decrease was observed in pregnant women with gestosis of mild severity.
