On the Bright Path: Female Labor in the Food Industry in 1954-1964 (based on Materials from the Krasnoyarsk Territory)
The relevance of the work is due to the preservation of the problems of the Soviet period in a number of modern industries. The issue of female labor conditions is considered on the example of the food industry of the Krasnoyarsk Territory in the Khrushchev decade. The novelty of the study is seen in the fact that the problem of female labor in industry was considered only from the point of view of the Soviet concept; little attention is paid to it in modern literature. The authors dwell on the characteristics of the difficult conditions of female labor in enterprises of local importance. The authorβs inference of the reasons why women not only agreed to work in uncomfortable conditions but also considered their situation to be beneficial is presented. It is shown that work in the food industry, which gives the opportunity of free access to food in the conditions of a shortage of goods was desirable. It is also noted that in this industry high requirements were not demanded on the qualifications of women workers, which suited women who were not educated and burdened by their families. It is emphasized that the βsphere of female laborβ is a concept created in the Soviet economy with the aim of involving women in production and symbolizing the stateβs concern for the health and well-being of women. It is proved that in reality the sphere of female labor has become a place of segregation and a zone of preservation of primitive forms of management
Factors affecting the development remission in lupus nephritis with nephrotic syndrome
In order to identify the factors affecting the timing of remission of nephrotic syndrome (NS) with lupus nephritis (LN), 35 patients (31 women and 4 men) were studied retrospectively. All of them underwent clinical examination and all patients received immunosuppressive therapy (1ST). As a result of this study, it was found that the 1ST, influencing the activity of LN is not allowed to reveal the impact of individual factors on the timing of immune inflammation remission NS, but the timing depends on the remission of initial doses of corticosteroids and at a dose of 0.8 mg I kg I day was significantly lower than at lower doses of corticosteroids.Π‘ ΡΠ΅Π»ΡΡ Π²ΡΡΠ²Π»Π΅Π½ΠΈΡ ΡΠ°ΠΊΡΠΎΡΠΎΠ² Π²Π»ΠΈΡΡΡΠΈΡ

Influence immunosuppressive therapy with prednisolone and cyclophosphamide on the distant weather in kidney lupus nephrotic syndrome
In order to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment with different doses of prednisolone and cyclophosphamide and the duration of immunosuppressive therapy (1ST) on renal survival in patients with lupus nephritis (LN) with nephrotic syndrome (NS) were retrospectively studied 35 patients (3 men and 32 women). For verification SLE determined LE-cell antibodies to single-stranded DNA and anti-nuclear antibody. In 12 patients with LN was verified morphologically. With the development of NS all patients received corticosteroids (prednisolone) per os. In addition, 26 patients entered in addition to corticosteroids and cyclophosphamide. The study revealed that the preserved renal function at the onset of NS and rapid remission denied a positive impact on remote renal prognosis. Active therapy with prednisolone in the first 3 months of maintenance therapy contribute to long-term preservation of glomerular filtration rate, and cyclophosphamide has a positive effect on the course of LN with NS allows to preserve renal function for 20 years.Π‘ ΡΠ΅Π»ΡΡ ΠΎΡΠ΅Π½ΠΊΠΈ ΡΡΡΠ΅ΠΊΡΠΈΠ²Π½ΠΎΡΡΠΈ Π»Π΅ΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡ ΡΠ°Π·Π»ΠΈΡΠ½ΡΠΌΠΈ Π΄ΠΎΠ·Π°ΠΌΠΈ ΠΏΡΠ΅Π΄Π½ΠΈΠ·ΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠ½Π° ΠΈ ΡΠΈΠΊΠ»ΠΎΡΠΎΡΡΠ°ΠΌΠΈΠ΄Π° ΠΈ ΠΏΡΠΎΠ΄ΠΎΠ»ΠΆΠΈΡΠ΅Π»ΡΠ½ΠΎΡΡΠΈ ΠΈΠΌΠΌΡΠ½ΠΎΡΡΠΏΡΠ΅ΡΡΠΈΠ²Π½ΠΎΠΉ ΡΠ΅ΡΠ°ΠΏΠΈΠΈ (ΠΠ‘Π’) Π½Π° ΠΏΠΎΡΠ΅ΡΠ½ΡΡ Π²ΡΠΆΠΈΠ²Π°Π΅ΠΌΠΎΡΡΡ Ρ Π±ΠΎΠ»ΡΠ½ΡΡ

Direct statistical simulation of gas mixture mass transfer in a porous layer with condensation of one of the components and absorption of another
Based on the method of direct statistical simulation, a physical-mathematical model has been developed for gas mixture mass transfer in a highly porous body under the conditions of condensation of one of the components and trapping of a non-condensable admixture. Distributions of gas velocities and densities in a porous layer and in the space above it are found, as well as distributions of flows of a condensable component and absorbable admixture along the depth of the porous layer. The efficiencies of the absorption of the admixture in a porous layer and on a plane surface are compared.
