Regional characteristics of infant mortality in the Middle Urals

There is presented the analysis of the mortality of children aged up to one year in Sverdlovsk region from 2008 to 2013. The dynamics of infantile mortality indicators in Sverdlovsk region is given taking into account various reasons and in comparison with similar indicators in the Russian Federation. The increase of specific load of infectious diseases is shown in the structure of infantile mortality due to viral infections. The negative tendency of the increase in infant death cases at home due to infectious causes is marked in combination with unfavourable social factors. Infectious diseases composed 25,0% in the structure of child mortality at home among children aged up to one year. In 2013 unidentified infections (41,4%), Herpes virus infection (20,7%), intestinal viral infections (3,4%), and cytomegalovirus infections (3,4%) had the highest numbers

The article presents an analysis of the statistical data of the cardiological service of the Sverdlovsk region over a period of five years. Analysis of mortality from coronary heart disease in Sverdlovsk region

The article presents a comparative analysis of mortality in Sverdlovsk region from coronary heart disease during 2010-2018. Demographic features and specialized medical care indicators, which have an impact on the availability, quality of medical care and mortality of cardiac patients, are considered. The measures that are implemented to reduce the mortality of patients with cardiovascular diseases are presented.В статье представлен сравнительный анализ динамики изменения смертности населения Свердловской области от болезней системы кровообращения за 2010-2018 гг, в том числе от ишемической болезни сердца. Рассмотрены демографические особенности и показатели специализированной медицинской помощи, которые оказывают влияние на доступность, качество медицинской помощи и на летальность кардиологической больных. Приведены мероприятия, которые реализуются для снижения смертности больных с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями

Risk assessment of occupational exposure to HIV medical staff

The article presents the results of the risk assessment of occupational exposure to HIV infection in nurses of hospitals in Megion city in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug in the modern conditions of the epidemiological situation for HIV infection. According to the sociological research, up to 20% of respondents admitted violations of the rules of preventing occupational HIV-infection. It is necessary to increase the level of knowledge of nurses and medical college students, strengthen control over the safe organization of work to reduce the risk of occupational HIV infection.В статье представлены результаты оценки риска профессионального заражения ВИЧ-инфекцией у медицинских сестер больницы города Мегион Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа в условиях современных особенностей развития эпидемической ситуации по распространению ВИЧ-инфекции. По данным социологического исследования установлено, что до 20% респондентов допускали нарушения правил профилактики профессионального заражения ВИЧ. Необходимо повышение уровня знаний медицинских сестер и студентов медицинского колледжа, усиление контроля за безопасной организацией труда для снижения риска профессионального заражения ВИЧ
