Functioning of Innovative Territorial Clusters
One of the basic directions of development of modern economy, closely related, primarily, to the innovative nature of this development is in the process of forming clusters. Regional and interregional clusters are considered as a priority inter-sectoral complexes that determine the development of post-industrial information economy at the national and regional level. Their development is associated with the processes of globalization and formation of the industrial structure of the information economy. The tasks of Russia's transition to innovative type of development are associated in particular with the need of formation of innovative clusters. Clusters as a form of spatial associations of enterprises is widespread in the Western economies. Taking into account the necessity of innovative development of Russia in the context of improving the competitiveness of industries and sectors in terms of integration of the country into the global economy, we consider it appropriate in this work to conduct a study of foreign experience of formation of clusters (Cherenkov, 2013). From the definition given by the founder of the modern theory of clusters by M. porter, that β...a cluster or industrial group, is a group of geographically neighboring interconnected companies and related organizations operating in a certain area, characterized by common activities and complementary to each otherβ.

Clinic-pathogenetic aspects associated of the pathology of bodies of digestion and exchange nephropaty at children
Inspection of 93 children in the age of from 3 till 16 years with a patologi of bodies of digestion associated with exchange nephropaty 70 % of patients Is lead. In work risk factors of development illnesses are analysed: at 28 children threatened on, and at 65 patients with illness, associated with various variants gastroduodeni pathologies and exchange nephropaty. The complex of obligatory methods of research included the clinic-genealogic anamnesis, the traditional laboratory-tool methods of research accepted in modern nephrology, and also cristalloscopy biological liquids (bile, urine, a saliva). Revealed the pathology at observable children has been caused by instability of cellular membranes at various levels (subcellular, cellular).ΠΡΠΎΠ²Π΅Π΄Π΅Π½ΠΎ ΠΎΠ±ΡΠ»Π΅Π΄ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΠ΅ 93 Π΄Π΅ΡΠ΅ΠΉ Π² Π²ΠΎΠ·ΡΠ°ΡΡΠ΅ ΠΎΡ 3-Ρ

THE USE OF PTFE MEMBRANES WITH AHMED GLAUCOMA VALVE FOR TREATMENT REFRACTIVE GLAUCOMA
Puspose: to develop a method for the prevention of scarring of filter pads in patients with glaucoma using Ahmed Glaucoma Valve. patients and methods: We developed modification of the techniques Ahmed drainage implantation using a PTFE membrane. We covered Ahmed drainage with PTFE membrane and implanted it according to standard method, recommended by manufacturer. There were 149 patients with the different forms of refractive glaucoma in the study (93 (59%) β men, 64 (41%) β women. Average age was 64 years (from 22 to 88 years old). Patients were divided in two groups. 54 patents (59 eyes) were in the first group, 95 (98 eyes) in the second. Ahmed drainage with PTFE membrane was implanted according to proposed method in the first group; traditional method was used in the control group. Results and discussion: visual acuity was higher and intraocular pressure was lower during all follow-up period in patients received modificated surgical treatment. 3 patients (5%) from the main group and 11 (11%) from the control group were operated repeatedly. Conclusion: Offered method of Ahmed drainageβs implantation using a PTFE membrane is more effective than standard method and reduces complications associated with excessive scarring of the filter pads, that requires the repeated of the surgical treatment. The results of the study allow to recommend this method for ophthalmological practice
