Details of the spatial structure and kinematics of the Castor and Ursa Major streams
A list of the Castor stream members is compiled based on the data from
various authors. The membership probabilities for some stars are revised based
on the individual apex, multiplicity, observational errors, and peculiarity.
The apex of the Castor moving group is determined using the apex diagram
method. The parameters of the Castor and Ursa Major streams are compared and
the positions of the two streams on the apex diagram are found to differ by
225deg, implying that the two groups move in almost opposite directions. Stars
of both moving groups are intermixed in space, the Castor stream occupies a
smaller volume than the UMa stream and is located inside it. Our results can be
useful for understanding the morphology of the Galactic disk in the Sun's
vicinity
Radial velocity dispersions of star groups in M 67
High-precision measurements of radial velocities of the M 67 cluster members
are used to calculate the radial-velocity dispersions in the stellar groups
found earlier in the cluster's corona. The previously detected feature in one
of the groups (Group 60) consisting of stars with almost identical space
velocities was confirmed. The possibility of more accurate future studies of
the parameters of star groups using the Gaia catalogues is discussed.Comment: 7 pages, 2 figure
The conflict and its role in public administration corporate culture creating
Creation of a corporate culture as a value and unifying framework to achieve common goals in the public administration system is accompanied by a different kind of conflict. The article proposes an interpretation of the conflict as a process of communication which leads from confrontation to effective communication during applying special technologies. The work reveals the causes of conflict and the most effective ways to resolve themΠ€ΠΎΡΠΌΠΈΡΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΠ΅ ΠΊΠΎΡΠΏΠΎΡΠ°ΡΠΈΠ²Π½ΠΎΠΉ ΠΊΡΠ»ΡΡΡΡΡ ΠΊΠ°ΠΊ ΡΠ΅Π½Π½ΠΎΡΡΠ½ΠΎ-ΠΎΠ±ΡΠ΅Π΄ΠΈΠ½ΡΡΡΠ΅ΠΉ ΠΎΡΠ½ΠΎΠ²Ρ Π΄Π»Ρ Π΄ΠΎΡΡΠΈΠΆΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡ Π΅Π΄ΠΈΠ½ΡΡ

Approach of the NGC 1977 star cluster to the TOI-2796 host star
We study of possible encounters in past epochs of the open star cluster NGC
1977 with host stars. For this purpose, the age of the cluster was determined
based on our catalog data. Stars with planetary systems were selected from the
NASA Archive. The age of the cluster was determined using the color - absolute
magnitude diagram and the isochron system. By extending the track of the
movement of the cluster and stars in past epochs, 10 Myr. The time of the
maximum approach 32 pc of the host star with planetary system TOI-2796 with the
NGC 1977 are found. The place of approach in the sky is shown, this point can
be considered as the place of appearance of interstellar comets. Thus, the
result of our work is that the we found approach of the host star to the
cluster entailed effects associated with the gravitational influence of the
cluster on the nuclei of comets located in the outer parts of the Oort cloud of
the planetary system. The effect of approach on comets is estimated
Methodology of contract managersβ project competency formation in CPE
The paper defines and systematizes the key methods, which influence the results of continuing professional education (further referred to as βCPEβ) implementation and quality control of CPE process. All this will allow providing coaches, tutors, business consultants, contract managers and professionals with an effective tool to identify and improve project competency of contract managers (contract officers, specialists in procurement further referred to as βcontract managersβ). The key methodused is a logicalmodeling, which allows to examine the problem of project competency formation as a purposeful and conscious process of forming professional skills of contract managers. The following approaches were also used: statistical and heuristic techniques, such as questionnaires, interviews of representative groups of contract managers. The authors introduce a study on key points in formation of project competency of contract managers at different levels: as a specialist in procurement and expert in procurement, according to professional standards, adopted by the Ministry of Labour of the Russian Federation β 625n and β 626n of 10.09.2015. The authors give some recommendations on project competency formation of contract managers, taking into consideration competency-based and business oriented training. The mentioned above approach in CPE, in authorsβs opinion, contributes to the efficient development of competencies (competency clusters) of contract managers according to the expectations and interests of employers on the labour market. Aspects of project competency and stages of formation of such competency are considered from several perspectives. In order to cover above-mentioned issues the specially developed questionnaire was suggested by authors. The authors used a systematic literature review approach, starts with literature review, problems identification, selection process, assess, synthesize and write down the ideas proposed, and then make conclusions. Diverticular disease of the sigmoid colon, complicated by a tubular intestinal fistula of the anterior abdominal wall and cicatricial stricture of the sigmoid colon (case report)
Aim of the study was to consider a clinical example of diverticular disease of the sigmoid colon, complicated by a tubular intestinal fistula of the anterior abdominal wall and cicatricial stricture of the sigmoid colon. Material and methods. Patient B., 76 years old, was admitted to the proctology department with complaints of the presence of a fistula with purulent discharge in the area of the surgical scar. Preoperative examination with MRI, colonoscopy, fistulography revealed diverticular disease of the sigmoid colon, complicated by a tubular intestinal fistula of the anterior abdominalwall and stricture of the sigmoid colon at the level of the internal opening of the fistula. Results. The operation was performed in the following volume - excision of the fistula, resection of the sigmoid colon bearing the fistula, with endto-end anastomosis in the area without diverticula
