    U implantologiji i parodontologiji se u svrhu kontrole regeneracije koÅ”tanoga tkiva rabe resorptivne i neresorptivne membrane.U ovome radu prikazana su iskustva dobivena uporabom neresorptivne titan neperforirane membrane. U slučajevima velikih koÅ”tanih defekata s namjerom ugradnje usadaka ā€œParaplant 2000ā€ simultano smo upotrebljavali titan membrane kako bi se dobio koÅ”tani volumen odmah nakon ugradnje usadka u defekt. Fiksacija titan membrane provedena je s pomoću ā€œCurrasanā€ seta. Kod obrađenih i prikazanih slučajeva ustanovili smo opsežnu koÅ”tanu regeneraciju nakon 75 dana. Time i opravdanost uporabe titan membrane.Resorbable and non-resorbable membranes are used in implantology and periodontology for guided bone regeneration. This paper shows experience that has been gained from using non-resorbable titanium non-perforated membrane. In case of large bone defects with intention to place an implant ā€œParaplant 2000ā€ we simultaneously use titanium membrane for building up bone volume immediately after positioning implant into the defect. Fixation of titanium membrane has been performed with ā€œCurrasanā€ fixation set. In the processed and presented cases we have determined significant volume of bone regeneration after 75 days which validate application of titanium membrane

    RjeÅ”avanje slučajeva bezubosti donje čeljusti nerijetko je velik problem.Klasično protetsko rjeÅ”enje obično ne zadovoljava. U rjeÅ”avanju takvih slučajeva upotrijebili smo ā€œCenterpulsā€ usadke u kombinaciji s rezilijentnom suprakonstrukcijom ā€œParaplant 2000ā€. Neposredno nakon ugradnje izvrÅ”ili smo mjerenje stabilnosti usadka. Nakon Å”to smo ustanovili da je koeficijent stabilnosti zadovoljavajući, ā€œCenterpulsā€ usadke podržane rezilijentnom suprakonstrukcijom ā€œParaplant 2000ā€ odmah smo opteretili već prije pripremljenim protetskim radom. Provodili smo redovite kontrole stabilnosti usadka. Ovaj rad prikazuje vlastita iskustva i kazuistiku.Resolving cases with an edentulous lower jaw often represents a huge problem. Classic solution usually do not offer satisfaction. In resolving such cases we have applied ā€œCenterpulsā€ implants in combination with ā€œParaplant 2000ā€ resilient supra-construction. Immediately after implantation we performed implant stability measuring. Immediately after determining that implant stability quotient is sufficient, we placed previously prepared dentures on ā€œCenterpulsā€ implants supported with ā€œParaplant 2000ā€ resilient supra-construction.
