Problems of Taxation of Nonprofit Organizations in Russia [Part 1]

This article analyzes the broad spectrum of issues involving the tax status of nonprofit organizations, examining policies in several foreign countries in relation to the taxation of nonprofits and Russian approaches to the taxation of such organizations. Some recommendations are made for improving Russian laws.
