This study presents analysis of the timely detection of pulmonary tuberculosis in 1334 patients who underwent treatment in the Regional TB Dispensary N1 in Krasnoyarsk city in 2010-2011. Late detection of tuberculosis was established in 60,2 %, and factors which are contributing to it were as following: the male, living in rural areas, social vulnerability, and. violation of the regulated terms of X-ray examination. The significance of late diagnosed patients to increase the reservoir of tuberculosis infection and spread of drug-resistant strains among the population was shown. It was determined that an increase in coverage of population by preventive X-ray examinations resulted in improvement of quality indicators only in 2,6 % of active detection of pulmonary tuberculosis in the form of growing proportion of the patients revealed during preventive examinations timely, as well as reducing proportion of fibro-cavernous pulmonary tuberculosis and. post-mortem diagnosis of tuberculosis among the newly diagnosed patients. During the active detection of TB among population with a focus of work on real, established during the research, its groups the conclusion about the need to use the obtained results was made

The article is devoted to the first results obtained for the complex of geochemical studies of the crude oils and organic matter of Vyngayakhinskoye field rocks of the West-Siberian oil and gas province. The main objective of this paper is the determination of the genetic unity of or, on the contrary, in the difference of the crude oil produced at the field, dedicated to the various oil complexes. Authors investigated the correlation between organic matter the breeds and crude oils of various oil-and-gas complexes with a view to identifying areas of generation, directions, and the scope and stages of migration of hydrocarbons. The study, in the future, can be used in the development of recommendations for the planning of geological exploration works on oil and gas, as well as to develop the reserves already discovered oil and gas deposits

The paper presents the results of powder diffraction for compounds Fe0.75TiCh2 (Ch=S;Se), graphs of the temperature dependence of the resistivity and the hysteresis loops. By the graphs and the hysteresis loops the type of conductivity, magnetic order and the Curie temperature were defined.Работа выполнена при поддержке Министерства науки и высшего образования Российской Федерации (проект FEUZ-2023-0017)

Aim. To study the influence of a single 24-hour episode of exposure to ultrasound waves propagating in air on microcirculation and parameters of hemostasis in rats. Methods. The study was performed on 28 Wistar male rats. The experimental group was exposed to ultrasound for 24 hours. Geometric mean frequency was 25 kHz, acoustic pressure was 84.3 dB. Parameters of microcirculation of experimental rats received by laser Doppler flowmetry were compared with those of intact animals. Also comparative analysis of platelet and coagulation hemostasis, anticoagulant and fibrinolytic plasma activity was performed in rats from both groups. Results. In experimental rats in response to 24-hour exposure to ultrasound, significant decrease of the studied active and passive factors of blood flow modulation occurred compared to those of intact animals: parameters of microcirculation, flax, endothelial and vasomotor wave amplitude, respiratory and pulse wave amplitude. When studying the parameters of hemostasis, significant hypercoagulation of extrinsic pathway and at the latest stages of coagulation which worsened with anticoagulant plasma activity inhibition along with decrease of fibrinolytic activity. The character of changes of hemostatic parameters confirmed the development of stress-reaction in rats registered during the study of microcirculation. Conclusion. 24-hour ultrasound exposure causes significant disorders of microcirculation and unfavorable shifts in hemostasis - the signs of distress
