Якість страхових послуг та екологічна свідомість регіону баден-вюртемберг на підставі власних досліджень

The article substantiates the relevance of conducting research on the quality of insurance services in the regions in order to understand their environmental essence. At the same time, special attention is focused on the environmental awareness of the owners of companies and residents of the region in insurance activities. The aim or the research presented in his article is to diagnose and indicate relations between the service quality and the image of property insurance institutions. Therefore, it is necessary to assess the level of dissonance between what an individual customer expects and what an insurance company provides him with. In terms of ecological insurance, i.e., to establish the level of service provision from the prospective of an individual customer in a long term or a short term, moreover, to establish how useful the SERVQUAL method is to build the image of an non-life insurance institution based on service quality (gap model). On the basis of such a research objective hypotheses were formed, that the increase of insurance awareness of individual customers in the area of ecological insurance influences the increase of insurance service provided by property insurance institutions by determining the level of dissonance (gap) which arose between what a customer expects and what is provided by the service provider in a short or long term. The model of quality of insurance services, which focuses on the subjective perception of customers by the level of quality, presents five areas such as infrastructure, speed, completeness, reliability and compassion, a list of 22 claims to assess the significance of customer expectations for individual expectations, as well as how much their execution is expected. This problem and the research hypothesis will be analysed theoretically by presenting the importance of insurance service quality as a growth factor of ecological awareness of inhabitants. As well as empirically by presenting the author's own research, conducted with the use of SERVQUAL method in 2013, 2015 and 2017, within the residents of Baden-Württemberg, who entered into an agreement on property insurance in the field of environmental protection. The study was carried out based on statutory research 614585.Обґрунтовано актуальність проведення досліджень щодо якості страхових послуг у регіонах для розуміння їх екологічної сутності. При цьому особливу увагу зосереджено на трактуванні екологічної свідомості власників компаній і мешканців регіону, а також на її значенні у страховій діяльності. Діагностовано та встановлено взаємозв'язок між рівнем якості обслуговування та іміджем компаній, що не страхують життя. Оцінено рівень дисонансу між тим, що очікує індивідуальний клієнт, і тим, що страхова компанія надає у сфері екологічного страхування, тобто визначено рівень надання послуг з погляду індивідуального клієнта, у триваліший або коротший час. Крім цього, обґрунтовано визначення корисності методу SERVQUAL для побудови іміджу страхової компанії у відділі II на основі якості послуг (модель прогалин). З огляду на це, сформульовано гіпотези про те, що підвищення страхової обізнаності індивідуальних клієнтів у сфері екологічного страхування впливає на збільшення рівня страхової послуги, що надається страховими компаніями, способом визначення рівня дисонансу (розриву), що виникає між очікуванням клієнта і того, що йому надає постачальник послуг у короткій або довготерміновій перспективі. Представлено модель якості страхових послуг, яка орієнтована на суб'єктивне сприйняття клієнтами рівня якості та містить п'ять напрямків: інфраструктуру, швидкість, повноту, надійність і співчуття, перелік з 22 претензій для оцінки значущості очікувань клієнтів щодо індивідуальних очікувань, а також, наскільки очікується їх виконання. Цю проблему та гіпотезу дослідження проаналізовано теоретично, де значення якості страхових послуг буде представлено як чинник підвищення екологічної обізнаності мешканців, а також емпірично, де будуть представлені результати власних досліджень, проведених методом SERVQUAL у 2015, 2016 та 2017 рр. серед жителів Баден-Вюртемберга, які уклали угоду про страхування майна у сфері охорони навколишнього середовища. Reduction of Ferrum (III) by sulfate reducing and sulfur reducing bacteria

During growth in medium with 3.5 mM Fe(III), the biomass and hydrogen sulfide formation level by isolated from technogenic reservoir of Yavoriv sulfur deposit bacteria Desulfovibrio desulfuricans IMV K-6 and Desulfuromonas acetoxidans decreased nearly twice, at concentrations up to 1.5 mM Fe(III) completely reduced by hydrogen sulfide to Fe(II) with formation of insoluble FeS. In medium with Fe(III) as sole electrons acceptor ferrum (III) at 0.5–3.5 mM concentrations reduced to Fe(II) by sulfate and sulfur reducing bacteria almost completely. Lung Cancer Associated with Tuberculosis

Tuberculosis associated with lung cancer has become a question of great importance, as the number of cases of these two diseases’ combinations increases. The lack of a unified concept of carcinogenesis in general and unclear clinical and radiographic criteria for the recognition of these combined processes in lungs result in poor differential diagnostics of lung cancer with tuberculosis. This article presents a clinical case of combined diseases. First, a tumor mass was detected in the patient, and surgery and left sided pulmonectomy were conducted. However, during histopathological examination of surgical specimens, not only overgrowth of non-keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma, but also a specific tuberculosis inflammation was found. The postoperative period passed without complications. Then the patient was discharged with recommendations for further treatment and regular supervision of phthisiologist and oncologist.
