Planets of the solar system
Venera and Mariner spacecraft and ground based radio astronomy and spectroscopic observations of the atmosphere and surface of venus are examined. The composition and structural parameters of the atmosphere are discussed as the basis for development of models and theories of the vertical structure of the atmosphere, the greenhouse effect, atmospheric circulation and cloud cover. Recommendations for further meteorological studies are given. Ground based and Pioneer satellite observation data on Jupiter are explored as well as calculations and models of the cloud structure, atmospheric circulation and thermal emission field of Jupiter
The effect of hypodynamia on mineral and protein metabolism in calcified tissues of the maxillodental system (experimental radioisotope study)
Mineral and protein metabolism was studied in experiments on 60 white rats, using P-32 and Ca-45 uptake in the mineral fractions, 2C-14-glycine in the protein fractions, and P-32 in both fractions of calcified tissues as indices over a 100 day period of experimental hypodynamia. Combined alterations in mineral and protein metabolism occurred in the calcified tissues of the experimental animals. The most pronounced changes were found in P-32 and 2C-14-glycine metabolism. In the incisors and femoral bones, these alterations occurred in two phases: P-32 and 2C-14-glycine uptake first increased, then decreased. Changes in Ca-45 metabolism were less pronounced, particularly in the initial period of the experiment. A marked reduction in P-32, Ca-45, and 2C-14-glycine uptake was found in various fractions of the calcified tissues on the 100th day of experimental hypodynamia
Mechanisms of water-salt metabolism disturbances in dogs subjected to six month hypokinesia
Water-salt metabolism in dogs during prolonged restricted motor activity (hypokinesia) was investigated. It was found that hydration occurred and fluid was redistributed between the extra- and intra-cellular sectors. Also, electrolyte excretion rose, and magnetism and calcium metabolism changed significantly. It is concluded that the forces caused by muscle strain proper (which was decreased under conditions of hypokinesia) influence the state of bone metabolism
Different forms of the Kadanoff–Baym equations in quantum statistical mechanics
A new form of the Kadanoff–Baym equations for a system of interacting particles is offered on the basis of the retarded and advanced quantum Green’s functions. The comparison of the traditional and the offered forms of the equations allows to analyze the question to what extent Landau–Silin kinetic equations for the neutral Fermi-liquid and for the electron liquid of normal metals take into account quickly varying in space and time disturbances

Foresight research in management accounting: scenario forecasting and a comprehensive system of expert assessment methods in agricultural holdings
Foresight research in management accounting should be aimed at solving long-term perspective issues. A set of systems and methods of expert assessment is selected or developed in the course of such studies. The managerial staff of an economic entity with the authority to make strategic decisions develop forecast scenarios taking into account the opinions of competent experts involved in the economic field under consideration. Based on the fact that there can be many options for an economic future, they jointly discuss and develop a coordinated idea of which option for future economic development is most preferable for an agricultural holding, taking into account the variability of the economic situation.The subject of the study is the improvement of management accounting in the part of Foresight research in agricultural holdings with a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of the management of the activities of its agricultural organizations. In modern times, agricultural holdings can change the situation through competent management accounting, since competent management accounting allows companies to consolidate their activities, thereby giving good development to agriculture, both financially and in attracting highly qualified specialists, as well as the country's food security. In accordance with this goal, the main task was determined: to develop the mechanisms of Foresight research of management accounting in agricultural holdings, for the purpose of assessing the effectiveness of management of the activities of agricultural organizations included in it. Foresight participants do not try to guess the future but build a comprehensive system of measures for the development of the agricultural holding, which allow it to be achieved; this distinguishes the difference between foresight and traditional methods of planning, forecasting and budgeting in agriculture
ТЕКТОНИЧЕСКИЕ НАПРЯЖЕНИЯ В СТРУКТУРАХ СЕВЕРНОГО ПРИОХОТЬЯ (МАГАДАНСКАЯ ОБЛАСТЬ) ПО ГЕОЛОГИЧЕСКИМ ДАННЫМ
Tectonic fracturing of the Mesozoic and Cenozoic structures was studied in the Northern Priokhotie (Magadan region). The cataclastic analysis method and the statistical method of fracture density analysis were used to reconstruct their state of stress. It is revealed that the folded structures of the Arman’-Viliga synclinorium are subjected to horizontal shearing; the axis of maximum compression is sublatitudinal (azimuth 67°, angle 12°); extension is submeridional (azimuth 161°, angle 19°). In the Uda-Murgal volcanic arc, horizontal extension with shear takes place; the compression axis is directed to NW (azimuth 259°, angle 29°), and the extension axis to NE (azimuth 152°, angle 26°). In the Okhotsk-Chukotka volcanogenic belt, volcanic structures are in the field of varying tectonic stresses, from predominant horizontal extension to horizontal shear. The Cenozoic intermontane depressions of the Miocene – Pliocene ages are subjected to horizontal shear; the compression axis is directed to NE (azimuth 214°, angle 29°), and the extension axis to NW (azimuth 121°, angle 4°). The results of the comparative analysis of the stress states in the above-mentioned areas reliably show that the diversity of the stress state types is statistically related to the structural positions of the studies sites. Such diversity cannot be explained by an influence of active faults, or by any consecutive superposition of deformations at different stages, despite the fact that the deformations have complicated the observed pattern of the stress states. We conclude that each subsequent geodynamic stage only introduced additional elements into the previous structure, but did not completely transform it.Представлены результаты изучения тектонической трещиноватости в структурах мезозойского и кайнозойского возраста Северного Приохотья (Магаданская область). Напряженные состояния в изучаемых структурах восстанавливались методом катакластического анализа и статистическим методом анализа плотности трещиноватости. Было установлено, что складчатым структурам Армано-Вилигинского синклинория свойственны четко выраженные напряженные состояния типа горизонтального сдвига с осью максимального сжатия в субширотном направлении (аз. 67°, угол 12°) и растяжения в субмеридиональном направлении (аз. 161°, угол 19°). Структуры Удско-Мургальской вулканической дуги обладают напряженными состояниями типа горизонтального растяжения со сдвигом с осью сжатия в северо-западном направлении (аз. 259°, угол 29°) и осью растяжения – в северо-восточном (аз. 152°, угол 26°). Вулканоструктуры Охотско-Чукотского вулканогенного пояса характеризуются изменчивым полем тектонических напряжений с вариациями геодинамического типа от преобладающего горизонтального растяжения до горизонтального сдвига. Кайнозойским межгорным впадинам миоцен-плиоценового возраста присущи напряженные состояния типа горизонтального сдвига с осью сжатия в северо-восточном направлении (аз. 214°, угол 29°) и осью растяжения в северо-западном направлении (аз. 121°, угол 4°). Выполненный сравнительный анализ напряженных состояний показывает, что их разнообразие статистически достоверно связано со структурным положением и не может быть объяснено влиянием активных разломов территории или последовательным наложением разных этапов деформаций на территории, закономерно осложняющим наблюдаемую картину разнообразия напряженных состояний. Таким образом, каждый последующий геодинамический этап вносил в предшествующую структуру только дополнительные элементы, но не преобразовывал ее полностью
Two-qubit quantum photonic processor manufactured by femtosecond laser writing
We present an experimental implementation of a two-qubit photonic quantum
processor fabricated using femtosecond laser writing technology. We employ
femtosecond laser writing to create a low-loss reconfigurable photonic chip
implementing precise single-qubit and two-qubit operations. The performance of
single-qubit and two-qubit gates is characterized by full process tomography.
An exemplary application of the processor to determining the ground state
energy of an H2 molecule using the variational quantum eigensolver algorithm is
demonstrated. Our results highlight the potential of femtosecond laser writing
technology to deliver high quality small-scale quantum photonic processors.Comment: 20 pages, 15 figure
