On a family of integrable systems on S2S^2 with a cubic integral of motion

We discuss a family of integrable systems on the sphere S2S^2 with an additional integral of third order in momenta. This family contains the Coryachev-Chaplygin top, the Goryachev system, the system recently discovered by Dullin and Matveev and two new integrable systems. On the non-physical sphere with zero radius all these systems are isomorphic to each other.Comment: LaTeX, 8 page

On integrable system on S2S^2 with the second integral quartic in the momenta

We consider integrable system on the sphere S2S^2 with an additional integral of fourth order in the momenta. At the special values of parameters this system coincides with the Kowalevski-Goryachev-Chaplygin system.Comment: LaTeX, 6 page

On bi-hamiltonian geometry of some integrable systems on the sphere with cubic integral of motion

We obtain bi-Hamiltonian structure for a family of integrable systems on the sphere S with an additional integral of third order in momenta. These results are applied to the Goryachev system and Goryachev-Chaplygin top for which we give an explicit procedure to find the separated coordinates and the separated relations.Comment: 11 pages, LaTeX with AMS fonts, corrected typo

© 2017, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd. We have obtained the first detailed δ 13 С org record in Permian-Triassic boundary sediments in deepwater facies in Northeast Asia (Kolyma–Omolon region, Balygychan Basin). Our data show good convergence both with the Setorym River section (South Verkoyansk region), where the Permian-Triassic boundary has been determined approximately, and with a number of other sections of Permian-Triassic boundary sediments in the Boreal and Tethyan Superrealms, in particular, in the Buchanan Lake section in Arctic Canada, the Festningen section on Spitsbergen, the Wadi Shahha section on the Arabian Peninsula, and published sections in the Dolomites

New results of U–Pb SHRIMP dating of zircons from upper Wuchiapingian (Upper Permian) deposits in northeastern Russia

© 2017, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd. The first results are presented for U-Pb SHRIMP-II dating of zircons from the upper part of the Khivachian regional horizon (stage) of the Regional Stratigraphic Scale (RSS) of the Permian in northeastern Russia. The obtained isotope age of 255 ± 2 Ma is close to that of the present boundary between the Wuchiapingian and Changhsingian stages of the Permian system in the International Stratigraphic Scale (254.1 Ma). Based on the distribution of bivalves—Intomodesma spp. and Claraioides aff. primitivus (Yin)—in the sections considered, their relations to the stratigraphic positions of the samples considered and dated formerly, and in view of the interregional correlation of recent δ 13 С org data for clayey rocks, one may assume with certainty that most of the regional zone of Intomodesma costatum corresponds to the upper part of the Wuchiapingian stage. Here, the Changhsingian stage in northeastern Asia complies only with the uppermost part of this zone within the I. postevenicum subzone and, partially, of Otoceras layers within the Otoceras concavum zone

Photo-disintegration cross section measurements on 186^{186}W, 187^{187}Re and 188^{188}Os: Implications for the Re-Os cosmochronology

Cross sections of the 186^{186}W, 187^{187}Re, 188^{188}Os(γ,n\gamma,n) reactions were measured using quasi-monochromatic photon beams from laser Compton scattering (LCS) with average energies from 7.3 to 10.9 MeV. The results are compared with the predictions of Hauser-Feshbach statistical calculations using four different sets of input parameters. In addition, the inverse neutron capture cross sections were evaluated by constraining the model parameters, especially the E1E1 strength function, on the basis of the experimental data. The present experiment helps to further constrain the correction factor FσF_{\sigma} for the neutron capture on the 9.75 keV state in 187^{187}Os. Implications of FσF_{\sigma} to the Re-Os cosmochronology are discussed with a focus on the uncertainty in the estimate of the age of the Galaxy.Comment: 11 page

Current Approaches to Demonstration of Therapeutic Equivalence of Locally-Acting Gastrointestinal Drugs

    Get PDF
Evolution of knowledge about pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of locally acting products, and an increase in the number of generics and medicines under development have laid the ground for the development of new scientific approaches to planning and conducting of therapeutic equivalence studies of medicinal products acting locally in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. To date, many international guidelines on planning and conducting of bioequivalence (BE) studies of locally acting GI products have been updated, however, there are still no such guidelines in the Russian Federation and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). Therefore, elaboration of common methodological approaches to the planning of clinical studies of these products is of particular relevance for the EAEU. The aim of the study was to analyse foreign approaches to planning, conducting, and evaluation of therapeutic equivalence studies of locally acting GI products. The paper analyses the guidelines of the European Medicines Agency and the US Food and Drug Administration on the planning, conduct, and evaluation of BE studies of locally acting GI products. The analysis demonstrated that BE clinical trials are giving way to in vitro studies providing a sensitive and accurate assessment of the differences between a locally acting GI product and the reference product, based on careful consideration of the medicine’s mechanism of action, dosage form, and site of action. The paper gives examples of test methods applied to medicinal products with a complex biopharmaceutical profile whose bioequivalence assessment is challenging, with a special focus on mesalazine products. The results of the analysis may be used for elaboration of a harmonised methodological approach to planning and conducting therapeutic equivalence studies of locally acting GI products in the Russian Federation and EAEU
