Effect of Heat Input Pulse on the Structure and Properties of Welded Joints of Steels Ferritic-Pearlitic Class, Operating Under Low-Frequency Temperature-Force Loading
We have investigated the influence of the modes of adaptive pulse-arc welding and surfacing on the structure and physical-mechanical properties of welded joints of steel 09Mn2Si and the surfaced composition of this steel coated with modified powder material of chromium carbide with the submicrocrystalline structure. It is shown that the pulsed mode of welding and surfacing can improve the homogeneity of the structure of the welded joint of steel and surfaced coating and reduce the grain size of metals in both of them. Structural changes lead to the increase in ductility and toughness of the weld metal
Predicting the risk of trombosis and thrombogenic complications of pregnancy in patients with thromophilia
In order to identity specific coagulopathic changes due to the presence of genetic and / or autoimmune (APS) thrombophilia were examined 345 patients formed the study group, and 112 apparently healthy women (control group). All patients surveyed plasma hemostasis by conventional tests that characterize the external and internal ways of activation. Optimisation of tactics of patients with thrombophilia based justification obstetric clinical protocols
In order to study the optimal set of therapeutic and diagnostic activities for patients with genetic or acquired defects of hemostasis, was a randomized study of 554 pregnant and 117 nonpregnant women with diagnosed thrombophilia different origin, aimed at studying the effectiveness of combined therapy, using different groups of antithrombotic agents and methods of extracorporeal detoxification. Prophylaxis and correction of gestational complications in pregnant women with hemostasis defects
124 women with diagnosed genetic and/or autoimmune (APS) thrombophylia were examined before pregnancy in order to evaluate the efficacy of heparinoids and plasmapheresis in the complex therapy of pregnancy complications. Using simple randomization with envelopesβ method all patients were divided in two groups: main (67 patients), where the patients were treated with middle volume plasmapheresis (PA) and control (58 patients), where standard therapy has been used As the result of the research significant decrease of lupus anticoagulant activity by 0,95Β±0,09 has been revealed when compared with the basic data (p<0,05, efficacy 69%) and fibrinolytic activity (FA) by 9,4Β± 1,2 min. (p<0,02, efficacy 85%). Vessel-due f in the prevention of thrombophic complications of expectant mothers with defects of hemostasia
The main purpose of the work is research of the effectiveness of Vessel-Due F use like the prevention of grave complications of gestational process of the patients with different forms of thrombophilia. 105 patients in 2 and 3 trimester of pregnancy were inspected. With the help of simple randomization by the methods of 2 envelopes all patients were divided into 2 groups: main group(74 expectant mothers with high level of risk in development of perinatal complications in gestational process with Vessel-Due F therapy) and the group of comparison (31 patients with traditional therapy only). As a result of research the following regularity was noted: significant reduction of the index of the activity of lupous anticoagulant and activation of fibrinolytic activity after the two-week use of Vessel-Due F in the dose of 1000 units per 24 hours (p<0,02, effectiveness 85%), improvement of bloodstreams in uteroplacental and fetalplacental course (p<0,03, effectiveness 77%). Moreover, it was determined, it is better to prolong the prescription of the preparation to the point of the delivery and during puerperal period. The role of syndrome of endogenous intoxication in pathogenesis of thrombophilia
The main purpose of the work is research of the role of syndrome of endogenous intoxication in the chain of pathophysiological transformations in the development of thrombophilic conditions. 101 patients with antecedent defects of hemostasia in 2 and 3 trimester of pregnancy were inspected. The set of materials was made by the methods of complete cohort study with priority-driven checkup on the presence of genetic defects of hemostasia in combination with lupous anticoagulant, as the main mark of thrombophilic condition of organism. All patients were divided into 2 groups: main group (71 expectant mothers with high level of risk in development of perinatal complications in gestational process) and control group (30 healthy patients). As a result of research the following regularity was noted: significant increase of the content of molecules with high and low mass in plasma, significant increase of osmolyalnost for expectant mothers with lupous anticoagulant. It confirms the fact of subcompensated phase of syndrome of endogenous intoxication. The following research showed, that syndrome of endogenous intoxication resulted in the development of capillary fragility dysfunction with the increase of the number of circular endoteliocits and transgression of adhesive and aggregative activity of thrombocyts. All these laboratory indexes can be used for screening diagnostics of thrombophilia for complex appraisal of the degree of the weight of this pathology. Diagnostic value of leukocytal indexes of cellular responsiveness of the patients with thrombophilia
The main purpose of the work is to research the diagnostic value of leukocytal indexes of cellular responsiveness and its role in the degree intensity appraisal of the syndrome of endogenous intoxication with relation to therapy effectiveness. 203 patients in 2 and 3 trimester of pregnancy with thrombophilia were inspected. The set of materials was made by the methods of complete cohort study. The main selection criterion for this was the case detection with lupous anticoagulant (like the main mark of thrombophilia β patent β2104552 from 10.02.1998). All the patients were divided into 2 groups: main group (200 expectant mothers with high level of risk in development of perinatal complications in gestational process) and control group (30 healthy patients). As a result of research the following regularities were noted: significant increase of the index shift leukocytes, leukocytal index of intoxication and index of allergization. It confirms indirectly the fact of the presence of endotoxicosis of the present category patients and retaliatory increase of nonspecific reaction of organism.
