Twenty-eight sweet sorghum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench) genotypes of the different ecological and geographic origins: Kazakhstan, Russia, India, Uzbekistan, and China were tested in the high latitude rainfed conditions of northern Kazakhstan. The genotypes demonstrated high biomass production (up to 100 t·ha-1 and more). The genotypes ripening to full reproductive seeds were selected for seed production and introduction in the northern Kazakhstan. Lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus plantarum S-1, Streptococcus thermophilus F-1 and Lactococcus lactis F-4 essentially enhance the fermentation process, suppressing undesirable microbiological processes, reducing the loss of nutrient compounds, accelerating in 2 times maturation ensilage process and providing higher quality of the feed product

Aim. To study the clinical course specifics of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and comorbid conditions in COVID-19 survivors 3, 6, 12 months after recovery in the Eurasian region according to the AKTIV register. Material and methods. The AKTIV register was created at the initiative of the Eurasian Association of Therapists. The AKTIV register is divided into 2 parts: AKTIV 1 and AKTIV 2. The AKTIV 1 register currently includes 6300 patients, while in AKTIV 2 — 2770. Patients diagnosed with COVID-19 receiving in- and outpatient treatment have been anonymously included on the registry. The following 7 countries participated in the register: Russian Federation, Republic of Armenia, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Republic of Moldova, Republic of Uzbekistan. This closed multicenter register with two nonoverlapping branches (in- and outpatient branch) provides 6 visits: 3 in-person visits during the acute period and 3 telephone calls after 3, 6, 12 months. Subject recruitment lasted from June 29, 2020 to October 29, 2020. Register will end on October 29, 2022. A total of 9 fragmentary analyzes of the registry data are planned. This fragment of the study presents the results of the post-hospitalization period in COVID-19 survivors after 3 and 6 months. Results. According to the AKTIV register, patients after COVID-19 are characterized by long-term persistent symptoms and frequent seeking for unscheduled medical care, including rehospitalizations. The most common causes of unplanned medical care are uncontrolled hypertension (HTN) and chronic coronary artery disease (CAD) and/or decompensated type 2 diabetes (T2D). During 3- and 6-month follow-up after hospitalization, 5,6% and 6,4% of patients were diagnosed with other diseases, which were more often presented by HTN, T2D, and CAD. The mortality rate of patients in the post-hospitalization period was 1,9% in the first 3 months and 0,2% for 4-6 months. The highest mortality rate was observed in the first 3 months in the group of patients with class II-IV heart failure, as well as in patients with cardiovascular diseases and cancer. In the pattern of death causes in the post-hospitalization period, following cardiovascular causes prevailed (31,8%): acute coronary syndrome, stroke, acute heart failure. Conclusion. According to the AKTIV register, the health status of patients after COVID-19 in a serious challenge for healthcare system, which requires planning adequate health system capacity to provide care to patients with COVID-19 in both acute and post-hospitalization period

In this work the diagnostic importance and indications to application of various methods of research (ultrasonography of the pelvic organs and the pelvic floor, a complex urodynamic study, dynamic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) orgnes of pelvis and pelvic floor) at patients with simple and complicated forms of pelvic organ prolapse is defined

Aim. The aim is to identify a complex of objective and subjective factors which generate a special state of individual consciousness, a social ground for manifestations of terrorism. Materials and methodology. In order to solve the problems posed in the study, a set of general scientific and psychological methods was used. The method of theoretical analysis and synthesis was used in the study of scientific publications and the development of the concept of research. The methods of empirical research (questioning, interviews, observation, etc.) were used in order to obtain the most complete volume of knowledge about the investigated object. For the analysis of the empirical data of sociological surveys, were used statistical methods as the sampling method, the method of analyzing statistical series and the method of constructing a diagram. Results. The analysis of objective information and subjective assessments of monitoring public opinion shows that certain groups of Dagestanis use religion exclusively to achieve their own selfish goals, one of which is spreading their influence in the republic. Studying the problems of mechanisms of development and management of integration processes in the implementation of the innovative educational systems allows creating a favorable environment for the education of tolerance among young people. Awareness of the current social situation which determines the specificity of the development of Dagestanis' self-awareness under the influence of the ideas of radical Islam has conditioned the topic of the proposed study. Conclusion. The findings obtained can be recommended for use as preventive measures in schools as well as in secondary special and higher educational institutions. It is necessary to hold meetings, round tables, seminars, conferences and symposiums together with the leading political scientists, sociologists, political psychologists, representatives of various confessions to discuss the true goals and objectives of information and the activities of aggressive religious movements

MUCOSAL MICROFLORA AND INNATE IMMUNITY OF UPPER RESPIRATORY TRACT IN INTRAUTERINE FOETAL INFECTION AND PNEUMONIA OF NEONATES

Specific perinatal infections make about 30% in causal structure of infant mortality. Among the respiratory diseases of perinatal period, pneumonias take a special place, due to higher frequency, severity, complications and adverse outcomes. The aim of this work was to study microflora and factors of innate immunity (TLR2, TLR4, HBD-1, HBD-2, TNFα and NF-kB) at the level of the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract during intrauterine infection of fetus and perinatal pneumonia. Causal structure of ventilator-associated pneumonias at the intensive care unit represents a broad spectrum of pathogens with high resistance to antibiotics. Changes of immunological parameters (recognizing structures, i.e., TLR2, TLR4, HBD-1; HBD-2 defensins; proinflammatory TNFα cytokine and NF-kB transcription factor) in patients with intrauterine infections and pneumonia are ambiguous. Decreased expression of TLR2, TLR4 genes, along with increased of TNFα and NF-kB gene expression. These changes correlate with type of infectious pathogen, thus allowing us to assume that the pathogen, due to pathogenicity factors, may directly affect innate immunity mechanisms

86,8 %Research on the technology for beneficiation of sludge tails of the processing of chromite containing ore Donskoi ore mining and processing enterprise of the Republic of Kazakhstan was provided. Physical and chemical analysis of sludge tails and processing by-products was shown. The technological scheme for processing of sludge tails includes: preactivationof tails in 120 g / dm3slurry soda solution,at a liquid to solid ratio of 10 at 120 °C for 90 minutes; sulfuric acid leaching with30 %ammonium hydrosulfate solution and gravity concentration on centrifugal separator. The final chromite concentrate contained 59.2 % Cr2O3, with a recovery of 86.8
