The recommender system is important tool in online application to generate the recommendation services. Recommendations are generated by collecting the data from users need; online services access the user’s profiles for generating useful recommendations. Privacy sensitive data is used for to collect the data. Collaborative filtering technique gives privacy for sensitive data if data is misused by other service providers or leaked. Existing system uses Paillier encryption algorithm & DGK algorithm to secure user data from malicious third party as well as to protect the private data against service provider but system is more complex and inefficient. Proposed system protects the privacy of user using encrypting the sensitive data. The system uses multiple homomorphic algorithms to secure user data from service providers. The system is used to protect the confidential data of user against the service provider while providing online services. Encrypting private data is recommended and process on data to generate recommendations. To construct efficient system that does not require the active participation of the user. The experiment shows that the result that provide the security by hiding the personal data of user from third party DOI: 10.17762/ijritcc2321-8169.15076

Get PDF
A drywall is a high-performance lightweight interior wall system consisting of a GI steel frame, encased in gypsum plasterboard on either side attached with self drilling drywall screws. The joints are then tapped and finished with gypsum jointing compounds. Drywall can be built three to four times faster than conventional masonry (brick/block) walls. Drywall name implies it is a water free process and hence can be put up much faster. Drywall is easy to put up and need less labour. Drywalls are eight to ten times lighter than masonry walls, reducing the dead load. This assumes significance in high-rise structures, resulting in not only structural cost saving, but a reduction in the burden of moving up material. By using qualitative research methodology & by studying on the project VOYAGE to the stars by cloud9 of acropolis Purple developers luxury residential project located in Sr no 43/44, NIBM Road, Pune 411060, India Website: wwwcloud9estate.in as my case syudy I had collected the required data. This assumes significance in high-rise structures, resulting in not only structural cost saving, but a reduction in the burden of moving up material. Studies have shown that drywall leads to structural cost saving of as much as 15%. Drywall is made of gypsum plasterboard, which is 100% recyclable hence gives green construction. Drywalls are also water free, thus saving precious natural resources. Plasterboard Steel Stud Partition Systems are designed for use in both non fire-rated and fire-rated applications. Plasterboard Steel Stud Partition Systems consist of single or multiple layers of Plasterboard sheets, screw fixed to steel framing with corrosion resistant, bugle head screws. The non fire rated partitions detailed in this project information are suitable for standard partitioning construction in a range of new construction areas. They are also applicable in the renovation of all types of buildings. These speedily installed partitions provide smooth, durable, non-combustible, low cost, light weight systems that can also achieve acoustic performance ratings DOI: 10.17762/ijritcc2321-8169.15015

Objective: The objective of the present study was to study the effect of Pithecellobium dulce Benth (P. dulce) leaves in dexamethasone-induced diabetic rats. Methods: The authenticated P. dulce leaves were collected from a local area of Sangli, Maharashtra. The leaves of the plant were extracted with water and ethanol by maceration and soxhelation respectively. Acute toxicity studies of the both extracts were performed using rat and according to OECD 425 guidelines. The dose of 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg was selected for further studies. The albino rats were divided into seven groups with five animals in each group. The diabetes was induced by dexamethasone (10 mg/kg, s. c.) and treated with extract and standard drug for 10 d. Then blood glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol and glycogen level in liver, muscle and kidney were estimated according to standard procedures. Results: The study revealed that P. dulce at 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg showed significant (p Ë‚ 0.05) antidiabetic activity. All the extract treated groups showed a significant reduction in blood glucose level on 11th day when compared to diabetic control group. The significant increase in blood glucose, triglyceride, and total cholesterol level was observed in the diabetic control group when compared to normal control group. The liver and muscle glycogen level was decreased significantly (p Ë‚ 0.05) in the diabetic control group. Conclusion: It can be concluded that P. dulceaqueous and ethanolic extract at two different doses (200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg) possesses antidiabetic and hypolipidemic activity.Â

AbstractThe whole plant of Psoralea corylifolia (PC) is traditionally used in the treatment of diabetes. Mice were treated with prestandardised dose of dexamethasone for 22days and effect of PC at the doses of 100, 200 and 300mg/kg, p.o. on plasma blood glucose level, serum triglyceride level, glucose uptake in skeletal muscle, levels of hepatic antioxidant enzymes (GSH, SOD, catalase and LPO), and body weight were observed. PC showed significant decrease in plasma glucose and serum triglyceride levels (p<0.01) at the dose of 100 and 200mg/kg, p.o. and also stimulated glucose uptake in skeletal muscle. The levels of antioxidant enzymes GSH, SOD, and catalase were significantly increased (p<0.01) and there was significant decrease (p<0.01) in level of LPO.Hence it can be concluded that Psoralea carylifolia may prove to be effective in the treatment of Type-II Diabetes mellitus owing to its ability to decrease insulin resistance

Background: Ectopic pregnancy is a life threatening emergency leading to maternal death. Incidence of ectopic pregnancies has been increasing in last two to three decades with reduction in mortality. The presenting symptoms include abdominal pain, amenorrhoea and/or irregular vaginal bleeding. The present study was undertaken to study the clinical features of ectopic pregnancies in a tertiary care hospital. Methods: The present study on ectopic pregnancies was carried out in Department of Pathology, Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, Karad, Maharashtra, India from January 2010 to June 2014. All the cases of ectopic pregnancy managed surgically were included in the study. Results: Total 102 cases of ectopic pregnancy were studied. Proportion of ectopic pregnancy in the present study is 1 in 205 deliveries. Majority of the cases (37) (36.27%) were noted between 21 to 25 years of age group followed by the age group 26 to 30 years. Ectopic pregnancy was most commonly noted in nulliparous women (44/102) (43.14%). Majority of the cases (50/102) (49.02%) had no risk factors. Abortion was the most common risk factor identified, alone as well as in conjunction with other factors. Ampulla was the most common site for ectopic pregnancy. 55% of the cases were on the right side where as 45% on the left side. We had 2 cases of heterotropic pregnancy with tubal ectopic in both the cases. The typical triad of amenorrhoea, pain in abdomen and bleeding was observed in 21.57% cases. Conclusions: The incidence of ectopic pregnancies is on rise as evident in this study. In order to reduce the morbidity and mortality due to ectopic pregnancies, there is need for early diagnosis especially in high risk cases

ABSTRACT A stability-indicating RP-HPLC-PDA method has been developed and subsequently validated for the determination of Acebrophylline in commercial capsules. The proposed HPLC method utilizes waters Cosmogel C18 column (150 mm x 4.6 mm, 5.0 ÎĽ particle size) and mobile phase consisting of methanol:acetate buffer (20:80 v/v) pH adjusted to 6 with glacial acetic acid at a flow rate of 0.85 mL/min and column was maintained at 50 0 C. Quantitation was achieved with UV detection at 274 nm based on peak area with linear calibration curves at concentration ranges 0.5-200 ÎĽg/mL for ACB (R 2 > 0.999). ACB and its drug products were exposed to acid, base and neutral hydrolysis, oxidation, heat and photolytic stress conditions. Under all these conditions, degraded products were well separated. The method was validated according to the ICH guidelines with respect to accuracy, precision, linearity, specificity, limits of detection, limits of quantitation and robustness. Method has been successively applied to assay of pharmaceutical formulation and dissolution study and no interference from the tablet excipients was observed. As the proposed method could effectively separate the drug from its degradation products, it can be employed as stability indicating method
