THE PREGRAVID REHABILITATION OF WOMEN WITH INFRINGEMENT OF REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH, LIVING IN CONDITIONS OF ECOLOGICAL TROUBLE

The aim of investignation. To study and to base scientifically the effectivity of clay therapy in the complex treatment of infertility on the phone of chronic non-specific salpingo-oophoritis in the patients, living in ecologically unfavorable areas. Materials and methods. Complex study of the main parameters of homeostasis was carried out in the 52 patients with chronic non-specific salpingo-oophoritis in the stage of remission, living in the ecologically unfavorable region of Vladikavkaz city. The treatment of the control group consisting of 25 patients was carried out by traditional medicamental therapy. The treatment of the main group (27 patients) was carried out with the use of clay «Tereklit» in 3 month after medicamental therapy. Results. The use of local curative clays of North Ossetia-Alania, supplies stable curative effect, allowing reliably fuller rehabilitation of reproductive health of patients
