HUBUNGAN ANTARA STATUS GIZI PADA IBU HAMIL DENGAN KEJADIAN BBLR DI PUSKESMAS SIDOTOPO WETAN SURABAYA

Berat bayi lahir merupakan cerminan dari status kesehatan dan gizi selama hamil serta pelayanan antenatal yang diterima ibu.Rendahnya status gizi ibu hamil selama kehamilan dapat mengakibatkan berbagai dampak tidak baik bagi ibu dan bayi diantaranya adalah BBLR.Tujuan penelitian menganalisis hubungan status gizi ibu hamil dengan kejadian BBLR di Puskesmas Sidotopo Wetan Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional.Populasi semua ibu melahirkan dan bayi baru lahir di Puskesmas Sidotopo sebesar 90 orang, besar sampel 73 responden, diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling.Variabel independent status gizi, variabel dependent BBLR. Instrument menggunakan rekam medis, pengolahan data dengan proses editing,coding,entry, dan tabulating, di analisis dengan uji chi square dengan tingkat signifikasi α=0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebagian besar (50,7%) responden memiliki status gizi baik, dan sebagian besar (58,9%) responden mengalami BBLR di Puskesmas Sidotopo. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik di dapatkan nilai ρ< α, yakni ρ=0,000 dan α=0,05. Hal ini berarti Ho ditolak artinya ada hubungan status gizi pada ibu hamil dengan kejadian BBLR di Puskesmas Sidotopo Wetan Surabaya. Simpulan penelitian ada hubungan status gizi pada ibu hamil dengan kejadian BBLR, Diharapkan kepada ibu hamil untuk dapat meningkatkan status gizinya selama kehamilannya, agar bayi yang dilahirkan tidak mengalami BBLR

OPTIMASI KOMPOSISI KARBOPOL DAN NATRIUM KARBOKSIMETILSELULOSA SEBAGAI SISTEM BUCCAL MUCOADHESIVE TABLET PROPRANOLOL HIDROKLORIDA

The purpose of this study is to provide controlled release dosage by avoiding first pass metabolism and enzymatic degradation. Propranolol hydrochloride mucoadhesive buccal tablets was prepared by direct compression method using carbopol and CMC Na as buccal mucoadhesive polymer. Buccal mucoadhesive strength measured using buccal mucosa of gout. Testing the release of propranolol hydrochloride was determined by dissolution test using phosphate buffer solution pH 6,8 for 8 hours. Dissolution efficiency (DE) was calculated to describe the overall release profiles and used in determining the optimum response. The optimum region is determined using factorial design with the design criteria of response force for 20-40 grams of mucoadhesive buccal and DE480 between 45-55%. The amount of carbopol that can provide the optimum response is between the range of 53,27-55 mg while the amount of CMC Na can provie the optimum response range is between 70-100 mg

APE program's activities consist of three parts: Play Dough, Finger Painting and Puppet Gloves and Socks. Implementation of the 3 parts of APE division performed separately considering the target of three different divisions.Zainal (2013: 153) observation is a process of observation&nbsp; and recording systematically /&nbsp; sequence, logical, objective&nbsp; and rational about various phenomena&nbsp; that exist, both in the actual situation and in artificial situations to achieve certain goals. The method used observation to determine the level of appreciation of the PKK, teachers and children kindergarten / early&nbsp; childhood Bulang village.&nbsp; APE Program activities held on February 9 to 11, 2017.
