    Job satisfaction is a multi-dimensional phenomenon as it is related to multiple factors, those which have certain profound impact upon the teacher community especially at college level. The foremost are the certain glaring factors those which strongly bracketed with the phenomenon of job satisfaction categorically which includes; work, pay, promotion, supervision, co-workers and work environment. The teacher`s demography has a strong bond with the concerned teacher who is satisfied or not due to the same. In our case, the Teacher`s demography can be elaborated in terms of his/her age, qualification, gender, marital status, length of service and the designation. The current research is an academic effort to investigate and analyze some persistent causes those which are consistently operating behind the satisfaction level of the Teachers regarding his/her job in the College

    Pakistan enjoys good relations with Iran since the partition of sub-continent. Both the countries have successful agreements regarding the different socio-economic fields. Relations between Iran and Pakistan have spanned since the common prehistoric Indo-Iranian heritage. The Western region of Pakistan was one part of the easternmost satrap’s provinces of Persian Empire which included the areas of Satraps provinces of present-day Pakistan. After the establishment of Pakistan on August 1947, Iran has a unique distinction of being the first country to internationally recognize the status of Pakistan. As of current, each is the other's chief economic partner and large-scale tourism and migration between the two nations has increased rapport. This cooperation would continue throughout the Cold war with Iran supporting Pakistan in its conflicts with arch-rival, India. In return, Pakistan went on to support Iran militarily during the Iran–Iraq War in 1980s.     Voting is the main form of political participation in democratic societies and the study of voting behavior is a highly specialized sub-field in political and social science. The study was concerned with the reasons why people vote the way they do and what is the role of violence on the voting behavior. The main objectives of the present study were to find out the factors like the violence which affect the voting behavior & to explore the factors that constitute political affiliation. A sample of 100 respondents (students) was selected by simple random technique from Gomal University, Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Specifically, this study explored the relationship of voting behavior with violence other factors that had strong effect on voting decisions. The objective was to develop a theoretical framework from the literature in hand and then test the same in the contemporary environment. The literature survey was undertaken to state and elaborate the scope of the research topic. The present study was aimed at exploring and elaborating the styles of leadership and the demographics of the project managers in order to critically analyze the impact of the variables (Transformational, Transactional and Laissez-Faire leadership) on the project success. Time management is very important and it may actually affect individual's overall performance and achievements. However, all of these are related by how individuals manage their time to suit their daily living or to make it flow steadily with their routines. Conducive settings and environment will surely promote positive outcomes to the students, besides having good lectures given by their teachers. Nevertheless, students' time management can be considered as one of the aspect that can move a student to be a good student. A good time management is vital for students to shine. However, some of the students do not have a good time management skills that has negatively affect their life and their academics. The usage of time by students in higher education institutions is related to their daily routines and activities. Students' time management can also affect stress level of students as they need to cope with their tasks and their personal achievements. In this regard, the data was collected from the students of Qurtuba University of Science and Technology to analyze that how effectively they are managing their time for achieving their academic standards.

    The commitment of HEI`s academicians is a core issue, widely discussed and analyzed in the contemporary world, digitally connected. The phenomenon of organizational commitment has acquired such an importance that the socio-economic researchers have to broaden the sphere of their research beyond the traditional findings. In this regard, the employee/teacher has to survive multi-dimensional problems during the pursuit of his/her professional career. The gist of this “Review Article” is not only to elaborate the traditional causes and implications of the OC regarding job satisfaction and ITL rather certain very specific and related issues have also been evaluated in the present work. Presently, in the academically charged environment, the main focus of the HEIs is to workout upon the remedial measures to make the status of the teacher job`s not only affordable but sustainable as well. From the socio-economic view, the phenomenon of OC and ITL both has a strong linkage with the job environment. How and why a teacher may survive in his /her institution, when the ITL can crop up, why the teacher is not satisfied from his/her job, under which circumstances the said teacher wants to switchover are the main heads of the present article. The main emphasis of this work commences from the reasons and implications of job dissatisfaction leading to ITL and thus hampering the commitment level. The review of the related literature provides the basis for the “theoretical framework” upon which the research model stands. This study examines the relationship of OC and job satisfaction as independent variable and the ITL as the dependent variable. Employee’s switchover incurs some very serious and lasting impact upon the social and financial credibility of the institution.
