    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) untuk mengetahuigambaran pelaksanaan model Problem Based Instruction (PBI)di SD Inpres Lakiyung Kabupaten Gowa (2) untuk mengetahuigambaran antusias belajar IPA(3) untuk mengetahui pengaruhmodel Problem Based Instruction (PBI) terhadap antusias belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA di kelas IV SD Inpres Lakiyung Kabupaten Gowa.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experiment). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV semester ganjil SD Inpres Lakiyung Kabupaten Gowatahun ajaran 2017/2018.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik random sampling dan pengambilan sampel untuk penentuan kelas menggunakan teknik sampling sistematis. Teknik pengumpulan data (1) antusias melalui angket/kuesioner, dan (2) lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pelaksanaan Model Problem Based Instruction (PBI)terhadap antusias belajar IPA meningkatkan antusias belajar siswa (2) Antusiasbelajarsiswamengalamipeningkatandilihatdaripretest antusiasbelajarsiswaberadapadakategorirendahsedangkanpadaposttest antusiasbelajarsiswaberadapadakategoritinggi (3) Ada pengaruh pelaksanaan model Problem Based Instruction (PBI)terhadap antusiasbelajar IPA siswa.     This research discusses the effect of third party funds (DPK), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), non-preponing financing (NPF) and returns on assets (ROA) on Murābaḥah financing in banking, given the important role of banking in the wheels of the economy, one of which is as an institution. intermediation whose task is to collect funds from the public and channel them back in the form of credit. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the distribution of Murābaḥah Financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri and to determine the extent of the relationship between Third Party Funds (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Finance (NPF), and Return On Assets (ROA) towards Murābaḥah Financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri in 2016-2019. The sample used in this study was the 2016-2019 Bank Syariah Mandiri Quarterly Financial Report using the purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from published financial reports and downloaded through the official website of Bank Syariah Mandiri. The analytical method used is multiple regression with a significance level of 5%. The results of the analysis show that partially only DPK and NPF have a significant positive effect on Murābahah Financing, while CAR and ROA do not affect Murābaḥah Financing. Simultaneously, the variables of DPK, CAR, NPF, and ROA have a significant effect on Murābaḥah Financing. This is evidenced by the sig-F value of 0.002 which is smaller than the 5% significance

    Development is one of the capital or means to achieve the progress of the nation and the State, both in the form of physical and non-physical development. Development that is carried out must adhere to the principle of fairness and equity. For this reason, the village as the lowest form of government becomes the central point or target in implementing development. In order for the implementation of development in the village to run well and in an orderly manner, it requires quality human resources for village government officials who understand what their duties and responsibilities are as village government officials. In order to achieve development goals in the village, village government officials are required to be able to develop themselves with all the existing limitations, so that it is hoped that the natural resources in each village can be used as capital in achieving successful development in the village. In addition, village government officials are required to carry out an orderly administration related to government activities in the village. Orderly government administration is a task that must be carried out as well as a reference for successful development in a village.           The results showed that the level of the village government apparatus capacity in carrying out village government administration in Pekon Gunung Sugih, Balik Bukit District, West Lampung Regency was in the high category. Based on the calculation of the interval obtained from the answers of each respondent to the questionnaire given, the ability of village government officials to carry out village government administration in Pekon Gunung Sugih, Balik Bukit sub-district, West Lampung Regency is 60%, meaning that the level of ability to carry out orderly administration of village government officials in Pekon Gunung Sugih, Balik Bukit District, West Lampung Regency is quite good. From the results of research in the field and in order to improve orderly village government administration, there are still village officials or respondents who have not implemented an orderly village government administration.     This article aims to know the development of Arabic language education and the formation of the new epistemological curriculum. This goal appears to treat after the problems facing institutes in designing the curriculum in teaching the language of the Qur'an. After reviewing the data, analyzing it, and discussing it with the appropriate theories, the researcher concluded the following: The first was teaching the Arabic language in the Pesantren using the grammar method and the efficiency of reading religious texts. The second type, which focuses on the Arabic language as a communication tool, is widely used in institutes: modern Islamic education and many modern Islamic educational institutions. The third type of Arabic language education has been used in formal education (public schools and religious schools). It continues to be supplemented, whether in terms of curricula, educational goals, materials, method, or teaching strategies as methods used. Teaching the Arabic language needs to develop a new curriculum that focuses on teaching competencies, namely specific and specific competencies, language competencies, and communicative competencies. These competencies are linked to each other, especially in linguistic and communicative competencies.     Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the order of learning, especially Islamic Religious Education (PAI), and presents its challenges for educators and students to quickly adapt the learning process from conventional to online internet-based learning or e-learning using various applications. This paper aims to examine what challenges and innovations in PAI learning are faced during the Covid-19 pandemic at the SMK Informatika in Serang City. The type of research used by the researcher is the descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques using the research library and filling out questionnaires. The main data sources in this study were PAI subject educators and class XII students of SMK Informatika Serang and some literature. The results and conclusions in this study are: (a) SMK Informatika answers the challenges of online learning by creating an E-Learning application for SMK Informatika. (b) Educators and students at SMK Informatika agree that the role of teachers cannot be replaced by technological sophistication, especially PAI teachers who are tasked with shaping the character of students. (c) PAI educators in SMK Informatika innovate to conduct online and offline meetings regularly to inculcate character as the main goal of PAI (Blended Learning). (d) Family, Community, and Educators are the three main pillars of education, synergizing, supporting each other and their roles cannot be separated so that the main goal of PAI learning, namely character building, can be achieved even though learning is carried out online.Keyword: Challenges, Covid-19 Pandemic, Innovation, PAI Learning

    DIVORCE OF CIVIL SERVANTS WITHOUT SUPERIOR PERMISSION IN MASLAHA ANALYSIS

    This study discusses the divorce of Civil Servants without the permission of superiors in the analysis of Maslaha (case study of decision No. 678/pdt.g/2021/PA.Wsb in the Wonosobo Religious Court) which aims to answer the problem of: (1) What is the judge's consideration in deciding a civil servant divorce case without the superior's permission at the Wonosobo Religious Court? and (2) How is the analysis of Maslaha in the determination of case number 678/pdt.g/2021/Pa.Wsb. The method used is a field study. The data sources used are primary data sources, namely sources obtained directly from the Wonosobo religious court. And secondary data sources are sources of data obtained from books, documents related to research. The method used is the interview method by applying the interview. The results of the study concluded that: (1) Judge's considerations in deciding case number: 678/pdt.g/2021/Pa.Wsb. regarding the divorce of civil servants without the superior's permission by the Wonosobo Religious Court, the court granted the plaintiff's claim. Dismissed the divorce of one ba'in sughra of the defendant (defendant) against the plaintiff (plaintiff). Even without a letter of permission from superiors, on a warning from the judge, the applicant has stated that he is ready to bear all the risks that have been made according to the certificate dated April 13, 2021. (2) Analysis of Maslaha in case determination number 678/pdt.g/2021/Pa.Wsb . This is in accordance with legal norms and does not conflict with syara' which is the basis for proceedings at the Wonosobo Religious Court
