Diseño y construcción de una máquina peletizadora que elabore alimentos balanceados para ganado bovino

This degree project has the purpose of designing and building a pelletizing machine, which allows the production of balanced feed for cattle in small cylindrical bodies called pellets with a length of 1 cm to 3 cm and a diameter of 0.6 to 0.8 cm. For this reason, the machine will be composed of four systems: feeding system, extrusion system which is made up of rollers that compress the raw material and make it circulate through the matrix which provides the shape of the holes that are distributed over it at 360°, the cutting system is in charge of cutting the pellet of a certain length and diameter and the power system is in charge of transmitting movement to the machine and its components. For its design, the SolidWorks drawing software with a student license was used, which allowed the development of the project at the same time in the aforementioned program, simulations were made of the fundamental parts of the machine, subjecting them to loads and efforts in order to determine if their properties are suitable for the construction of the machine.Este proyecto de titulación tiene la finalidad de diseñar y construir una máquina peletizadora, la cual permita elaborar alimento balanceado para ganado bovino en pequeños cuerpos cilíndricos llamados pellets con una longitud de 1 cm a 3cm y un diámetro de 0,6 a 0,8 cm ,por tal razón la maquina estará compuesta por cuatro sistemas : sistema de alimentación, sistema de extrusión el cual está conformado por los rodillos que comprimen la materia prima y la hacen circular a través de la matriz la cual brinda la forma de los orificios que están distribuidos sobre ella en los 360°, sistema de corte el mismo se encarga de realizar el corte del pellet de una determinada longitud y diámetro y el sistema de potencia quien se encarga de transmitir movimiento a la máquina y a sus componentes. Pará su diseño se utilizó el software de dibujo SolidWorks con licencia estudiantil el mismo que permitió elaborar el proyecto a la vez en el mencionado programa se elaboraron simulaciones a las partes fundamentales de la maquina sometiendo los a cargas y esfuerzos con el fin de determinar si sus propiedades son aptas para la construcción de la máquina
