    Propuesta de intervenci贸n cognitivo-conductual para el Trastorno de estr茅s postraum谩tico

    We describe the case of an 18-year-old woman with post-traumatic stress disorder, developed from a hospital stay for an undiagnosed illness. His symptoms, the various examinations and the hospital experience, in which he witnessed several deaths, was accompanied by anxiety and irritability. After he underwent surgery and was discharged, the anxiety continues, accompanied by post-traumatic symptoms. The case is reviewed through interviews and application of psychometric tests to obtain a diagnosis and subsequent psychotherapist proposal from the cognitive-behavioral model. Keywords: psychology, plan, psychotherapy, trauma.Se describe el caso de una mujer de 18 a帽os con trastorno de estr茅s postraum谩tico, desarrollara a partir de una internaci贸n hospitalaria por una enfermedad sin diagnosticar. Su sintomatolog铆a, los diversos ex谩menes y la experiencia hospitalaria, en la que presenci贸 varias muertes, se vio acompa帽ada de ansiedad e irritabilidad. Luego de que se interviniera quir煤rgicamente y se le diera el alta, continua la ansiedad, acompa帽ado de sintomatolog铆a postraum谩tica. Se procede a la revisi贸n del caso mediante entrevistas y aplicaci贸n de pruebas psicom茅tricas para la obtenci贸n de un diagn贸stico y posterior propuesta psicoterapeuta desde el modelo cognitivo-conductual.     Estr茅s en padres o tutores encargados de la educaci贸n online en tiempos de pandemia

    In Ecuador, given the health emergency caused by SARS-CoV-2, educational institutions had to close their doors, so education had to continue from home with the online or virtual mode, with parents or guardians as the main caregivers. Routines and occupations must have been modified in order to be aware of the education of their children. The objective of this research is to know the stress levels of parents or guardians involved in online education in times of pandemic, for which the PSS-14 tool was applied to 97 people in charge of the education of students of the Sagrada Familia Private Educational Unit who have in charge of at least one basic general education student, in the 2021-2022 school period. As a result, it was evidenced that those who dream of being in charge of education are women with the role of mothers, of which 11 have a level of episodic acute stress. Keywords: SARS-CoV-2, pandemic, parents, virtual, online, stress, education.En Ecuador, dada la emergencia sanitaria causada por el SARS-CoV-2, las instituciones educativas tuvieron que cerrar sus puertas, por lo que la educaci贸n debi贸 continuar desde casa con la modalidad online o virtual, con los padres o tutores como principales encargados. Se debi贸 de modificar las rutinas y ocupaciones para poder estar pendiente de la educaci贸n de sus hijos. El objetivo de esta investigaci贸n es conocer los niveles de estr茅s de padres o tutores involucrados en la educaci贸n online en tiempos de pandemia, para lo cual se aplic贸 la herramienta PSS-14 a 97 encargados de la educaci贸n de alumnos de la Unidad Educativa Particular Sagrada Familia que tienen a su cargo al menos a un estudiante de educaci贸n general b谩sica, en el periodo lectivo 2021-2022. Como resultado, se evidenci贸 que quienes se suenen encargar de la educaci贸n son mujeres con el rol de madres, de las cuales 11 tienen un nivel de estr茅s agudo epis贸dico.
