L’entrata nella seconda Repubblica è stata scandita dalla marcia trionfale della sinistra in predicato di vincere le elezioni politiche. I risultati elettorali più gratificanti della sinistra sono stati la traballante vittoria del 1996 e le non vittorie (sostanziali pareggi) del 2006 e del 2013, al contrario erano certe nelle previsioni e nei fatti le vittorie berlusconiane del 2001 e del 2008

Self-assembly, Self-organization, Nanotechnology and vitalism

International audienceOver the past decades, self-assembly has attracted a lot of research attention and transformed the relations between chemistry, materials science and biology. The paper explores the impact of the current interest in self-assembly techniques on the traditional debate over the nature of life. The first section describes three different research programs of self-assembly in nanotechnology in order to characterize their metaphysical implications: -1- Hybridization ( using the building blocks of living systems for making devices and machines) ; -2- Biomimetics (making artifacts mimicking nature); -3- Integration (a composite of the two previous strategies). The second section focused on the elusive boundary between selfassembly and self-organization tries to map out the various positions adopted by the promoters of self-assembly on the issue of vitalism

In spite of the continuos decrease of incidence in the perinatal and children's mortality the continuos progress of the obstretic sciences and changes in environment, the children cerebral palsy nowdays is still a disease which affects about 2/3 per 1000 of birth. A lot if studies about the reason of the illness are numerous and recent. In this situation the modern knowledges in the genetic and obstetric field have changed the causes, reducing openly the facts before attributed to the birth or the after birth and underlining the hereditary aspect. The affects of such evolution assume a great importance in the cures, and about the professional responsability concerning the medical staff during the period of pregnancy and of the birth and after birth. Paralisi cerebrale infantile: un ribaltamento di cognizioni etiopatogenetiche

Gli Autori ritornano sull'argomento della paralisi cerebrale infantile, evidenziandone le ulteriori più recenti acquisizioni etiopatogenetiche. Alla luce di queste sottolineano che non è più sempre valida la semplicistica equazione ipossia acuta da parto = paralisi cerebrale che fino a qualche anno fa veniva matematicamente avanzata in relazione alle fallaci conoscenze scientifiche che si avevano sull'argomento. In conseguenza di ciò rilevano che i traumi da parto rappresentano un evento staticamente poco consistente nel determinismo dell'affezione, sicché si impone di superare l'aprioristica presunzione di responsabilità professionale ostetrica e/o neonatologica in tale genesi, pur non escludendosi che essa possa effettivamente concretizzarsi in alcuni singoli casi
