The effects of absorber attachment location on vibration response of simply supported plate
Vibration analysis of thin walled structure has been an active research in engineering fields. This paper proposed to investigate the application of vibration absorber (VA) attached to the simply supported plate (SSP) in order to suppress the structural vibration. Two major factors influence on vibration reduction of late are investigated in term of the attachment location of vibration absorber and the number of absorber applied on structural dynamic of the plate. Finite element software of ANSYS APDL was performed to measure the dynamic response of plate. The results found that the best positioning vibration absorber are at the location of 0.35 m of x-axis and 0.40 m of y-axis which can attenuate the vibration along the frequency band. Numerical result also presented that when attached multiple absorber, the vibration reduction of plate provide larger suppression to SSP which average reduction almost 80% over the frequency modes. This study conclude that right position and number of absorber can be the major contribute to suppress vibration on a plate structure more effectively

2,2'-[2,5-Bis(hexyloxy)-1,4-phenylene]dithiophene
The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C26H34O2S2, comprises one half-molecule located on an inversion centre. The thiophene groups are twisted relative to the benzene ring, making a dihedral angle of 5.30 (7)°, and the n-hexyl groups are in a fully extended conformation. In the crystal, there are short C—H(...)π contacts involving the thiophene groups
Numerical Investigation Of Stagnation Point Flow Over a Stretching Sheet With Convective Boundary Conditions
In this study, the mathematical modeling for stagnation point flow over a stretching surface with convective boundary conditions is considered. The transformed boundary layer equations are solved numerically using the shooting method. Numerical solutions are obtained for the skin friction coefficient, the surface temperature as well as the velocity profiles. The features of the flow and heat transfer characteristics for various values of the Prandtl number, stretching parameter and conjugate parameter are analyzed and discussed
Computer-aided knee braces fabrication
Knee braces is a tool used to avoid knee injuries. Traditional knee braces not suitable for many types of movement, such as running, jumping, pivoting, and kneeling.Traditional knee braces don’t have custom size.It just have few select sizes such as small, medium, and large. This knee braces are created to enable consumer to wear and use knee braces that suitable with their knee sizes and also to create low budget knee braces that suitable for any movement.Knee braces will be created by using software that called Blender and Cubify Sense. The main equipment that will be use is 3D Scanner and 3D Printer. The prototype will be print using 3D Printer. After do the final step, this prototype is ready to use by person

Parametric analysis of sound transmission loss in a rectangular duct attached with resonator silencer
Noise is an existing problem that exist in the environments produced from vibrating sources.
In general, the common solutions for noise control are: (1) redesigning the system the system
for instance increasing wall thickness or stiffening structures, and (2) adding additional
damping in acoustic systems to dissipate sound energy such as the use of resonator silencers.
However, the latter is more practical because it does not concern about the complexity of the
design and modification cost. In this paper, the application of a single resonator silencer to
reduce sound pressure levels and increase transmission loss of a rectangular duct is
investigated. The application is further expanded by attaching multiple resonator silencers
to study its efficiency. Two types of resonator silencers were analyzed namely quarter
wavelength tube (QWT) and Helmholtz resonator (HR), where the sound pressure level and
transmission loss were determined by finite element analysis using ANSYS. The first
outcomes show that a single HR displays more efficiency in the reduction of sound pressure
levels compared to a QWT over a wide frequency range. Subsequently, as the number of
resonator silencers increased, the transmission loss was found increase with the sound
pressure level decreased simultaneously. Overall, it can be concluded that HR is more
effective over a wide frequency range and multiple resonator silencers can increase the
transmission loss of rectangular duct
Finite Element Analysis of Stress Distribution in AL6061 Frame Structures under Varying Applied Loads
The demand for lightweight and high-performance structures has driven the popularity of commercially available aluminum alloys such as AL6061, particularly in the semiconductor industry. However, predicting stress distribution accurately within AL6061 frame structures under diverse loading conditions remains a significant challenge for clients due to the complex nature of their behavior. To address this challenge, a study has been conducted that utilizes the advanced 3D simulation software SolidWorks 2023 to model frame structures and evaluate their behavior under varied loads of up to 150% of the structure\u27s weight, which is a significant departure from the standard loading conditions. The goal is to provide clients with a comprehensive and realistic understanding of the performance of their frame structure. The study evaluates the designed frame structure\u27s stress, strain, displacement, and safety factors, ensuring that all values fall within the acceptable range. This gives clients a detailed understanding of how their structures will perform under various loading conditions. Material properties of the aluminum alloy, including its elastic modulus and yield strength, were also considered in the analysis. This in-depth analysis provides clients valuable insights into designing and optimizing lightweight and high-performing frame structures in the semiconductor industry, enabling them to make informed decisions about their structures
