Development the conceptual design of knowledge based system for integrated maintenance strategy and operation
YesThe importance of maintenance has escalated significantly by the increasing of automation in manufacturing process. This condition switches traditional maintenance perspective of inevitable cost into the business competitive driver. Consequently, maintenance strategy and operation decision needs to be synchronized to business and manufacturing concerns. This paper shows the development of conceptual design of Knowledge Based System for Integrated Maintenance Strategy and Operation (KBIMSO). The framework of KBIMSO is elaborated to show the process of how the KBIMSO works to reach the maintenance decision. By considering the multi-criteria of maintenance decision making, the KB system embedded with GAP and AHP to support integrated maintenance strategy and operation which is novel in this area. The KBIMSO is useful to review the existing maintenance system and give reasonable recommendation of maintenance decisions in respect to business and manufacturing perspective
Partisipasi Masyarakat dalam Pengendalian Demamberdarah Dengue (Dbd) di Kelurahan Baturaja Lama dan Sekar Jaya, Kecamatan Baturaja Timur, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu (Oku), Provinsi Sumatera Selatan
Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) District is one of dengue endemic areas in South Sumatera Province. One of the effort to prevent the occurrence of DHF transmission is by controlling mosquito vectors at the larval level. The use of insecticides in the control of DHF vectors, in addition to causing resistance, can also adversely affect the environmental health. Currently, DBD vector control in OKU District is done biologically (biological control), that is by using larvae-eating fish. This study was conducted to determine the level of community participation in the control of dengue vectors using larvae-eating fish. The research location was in Baturaja Lama and Sekarjaya village. The population was all households in both urban villages. The number of samples was determined by reference to the WHO provisions on the minimum standard of DBD entomology survey sample that is 100 houses, the number of household samples that were obtained was 217 chosen by purposive method. The result of index calculation of larvae showed the number of HI in Baturaja Lama village was 42,1% and Sekar Jaya village was 48,2%. CI figures in the Baturaja Lama village was 19.2% and Sekar Jaya village was 16.2%. BI figures in Baturaja Lama village was 51.4% and Sekar Jaya village was 75.5%. Fishing behavior showed significant correlation to larva existence, but the percentage of households maintaining fish in the two sub-districts was low, less than 10%. It is necessary to increase the community's knowledge about the benefits and potential development of larvae-eating fish species in the effort of controlling DHF
Electromagnetic form factors in the J/\psi mass region: The case in favor of additional resonances
Using the results of our recent analysis of e^+e^- annihilation, we plot the
curves for the diagonal and transition form factors of light hadrons in the
time-like region up to the production threshold of an open charm quantum
number. The comparison with existing data on the decays of J/\psi into such
hadrons shows that some new resonance structures may be present in the mass
range between 2 GeVand the J/\psi mass. Searching them may help in a better
understanding of the mass spectrum in both the simple and a more sophisticated
quark models, and in revealing the details of the three-gluon mechanism of the

Localizing the cross-links distribution in elastomeric composites by tailoring the morphology of the curing activator
The localization of the rubber vulcanization reaction close to the silica filler surface was investigated in isoprene rubber composites (IR NCs): the main goal was to highlight the role of curing agents’ dispersion and filler surface features on the spatial propagation of the rubber cross-links and the resulting mechanical behavior of the material. The study was realized by tailoring the morphology of the curing activator, i.e. by vulcanizing IR NCs with Zn@SiO2 double function filler, composed of Zn(II) single sites anchored on SiO2 filler, in comparison to silica filled IR NCs vulcanized with microcrystalline ZnO (m-ZnO). The microscopic cross-links distribution was measured by Transmission Electron Microscopy for network visualization (NVTEM) and Time Domain Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (TD-NMR). Besides the NCs mechanical behavior was characterized both at small strain and at fracture. In the presence of Zn@SiO2, higher cross-link density in proximity to SiO2 particles was evidenced, which gradually spreads from the filler surface to the bulk, induced by localization of the Zn(II) centers. IR NCs with Zn@SiO2 resulted stiffer (+45%) and with a lower fracture toughness (less than one third), compared to m-ZnO based NCs, which shows a quite homogeneous structure of the rubber cross-links network. The results highlighted the correlation between the composites structural features and their macroscopic behavior, paving the way to modulating the mechanical properties of elastomeric materials by tuning the nature of the curing agents
Penguins leaving the pole: bound-state effects in B decaying to K* + photon
Applying perturbative QCD methods recently seen to give a good description of
the two body hadronic decays of the B meson, we address the question of
bound-state effects on the decay B into K* + gamma. Consistent with most
analyses, we demonstrate that gluonic penguins, with photonic bremsstrahlung
off a quark, change the decay rate by only a few percent. However, explicit
off-shell b-quark effects normally discarded are found to be large in
amplitude, although in the standard model accidents of phase minimize the
effect on the rate. Using an asymptotic distribution amplitude for the K* and
just the standard model, we can obtain a branching ratio of a few times

Perbandingan Indeks Larva Vektor Demam Berdarah Dengue PRA Dan Paska-Intervensi Di Kota Prabumulih
Prabumulih city is one of dengue endemic area in South Sumatera Province with number of cases in 2011-2012 were 225 and 301 cases respectively. The research aims to determine the influence of jumantik accompanied by health promotion program to the larval mosquitoes indices. This is quasi-experimental study, carried out in three endemic areas of Prabumulih City in 2014. There were two intervention in two location and one location for non-intervention. In the first location, the intervention were larva surveillance by jumantik cadre, giving larvicide selectively, accompanied by health promotion program to community group (intervention I), in second location the intervention only for larvae surveillance by jumantik cadre (intervention II), and the third location giving no intervention. Observation of immature mosquito was carried out in every location before and after intervention was given. The result showed an increase in Free larvae index of 19,8% in the intervention I , 12,5% in the intervention II and 5,3% in the no-intervention location. Indicator of breteau index showed a decrease in all location, 73,1% in the intervention I, 62,8% in the intervention II and 10,8% in the no-intervention location. Container index indicator showed a decrease in two intervention location, 10,2% in the intervention I, 6,6% in the intervention II, while in no-intervention location show an increase for 8%. Health promotion program about how to prevent dengue transmission through potential community groups could become an alternative effort to control vector population integrated with other control methods. Kota Prabumulih merupakan salah satu wilayah endemis DBD di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dengan jumlah penderita pada tahun 2011-2012 berturut-turut sebanyak 225 dan 301 kasus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indeks larva vektor DBD sebelum dan sesudah pemberian intervensi di Kota Prabumulih. Intervensi yang diberikan adalah intervensi kader jumantik dengan larvasidasi selektif serta promosi kesehatan melalui kelompok masyarakat (intervensi I), intervensi kader jumantik (intervensi II), dan satu wilayah tanpa intervensi. Sebelum dan sesudah intervensi pada tiap lokasi dilakukan pengamatan vektor DBD pradewasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan indeks larva (house index/HI, breteau index/BI, container index/CI) di wilayah intervensi I sebelum dilakukan intervensi masing-masing sebesar 51,7%, 126,5 dan 23,8%, sedangkan setelah intervensi sebesar 31,9%, 53,4 dan 13,6%. Di wilayah intervensi II, sebelum intervensi memiliki nilai HI 53,8%, BI 109,2 dan CI 20,3% dan sesudah intervensi dengan nilai HI 41,3%, BI 46,4 dan CI 13,7%. Di wilayah non intervensi, hasil pemeriksaan awal diperoleh nilai HI 37,3%, BI 61,7 dan CI 15,9%, sedangkan di akhir penelitian diperoleh nilai HI 32,0%, BI 50,9 dan CI 23,9%. Pengendalian vektor DBD melalui promosi kesehatan pada kelompok masyarakat yang disertai larvasidasi selektif memberikan kontribusi penurunan kepadatan jentik lebih besar dibandingkan wilayah lainnya

Uticaj različitih hemijskih sredstava i uslova skladištenja na mikrobiološki profil semena industrijske konoplje (Cannabis sativa L.)
This study aimed to test different chemical agents to obtain microbiologically safe industrial hemp seeds that could be used for further food processing (with the reduced total number of microorganisms, total number of moulds and yeasts, and total number of Enterobacteriaceae). In order to obtain seeds applicable for food consumption, optimal storage temperature conditions (room temperature, refrigerator, freezer), method of seed packaging (vacuum/without vacuum), and the application of various chemical treatments (ethanol, sodium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hypochlorite) were tested on the certified industrial hemp seeds, produced in two consecutive years. Optimal storage conditions differed for different microorganisms, and the most optimal storage was at room temperature, for seeds produced in 2018, in the treatment to reduce the total number of Enterobacteriaceae and the total number of microorganisms. When storing seeds from 2018 in order to reduce the number of yeasts and moulds, a slightly lower number was spotted when seeds were stored in a vacuum-sealed bag, at the refrigerator/freezer temperature. For hemp seeds produced in 2019, the most optimal storage conditions were at the refrigerator (for reduction of the total number of Enterobacteriaceae) and freezer temperature (for reduction of the total number of microorganisms). For the reduction of the total number of moulds and yeasts, optimal conditions were at room temperature. Ethanol (75%, v/v) was the most effective disinfectant among the tested chemicals regardless of the initial number of microorganisms, with log reduction of 3.2 (for the total number of Enterobacteriaceae), 2.9 log (for the total number of microorganisms), and total reduction of the total number of yeasts and moulds after 10 minutes, for the seeds harvested in 2019, which were far more contaminated than the seeds harvested in 2018. Considering the price of the disinfection method with ethanol, sodium hypochlorite may be a better solution for the reduction of the number of microbiota on the seeds.Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je ispitivanje različitih hemijskih sredstava za dobijanje mikrobiološki bezbednog semena industrijske konoplje, koje bi se moglo koristiti za dalju preradu u hranu (sa smanjenim ukupnim brojem mikroorganizama, ukupnim brojem kvasaca i plesni, i ukupnim brojem enterobakterija). Da bi se dobilo seme primenljivo za ishranu, optimalni temperaturni uslovi skladištenja (sobna temperatura, frižider, zamrzivač), način pakovanja semena (vakuum/bez vakuuma) i primena različitih hemijskih tretmana (etanol, natrijum hidrogen karbonat, natrijum hipohlorit) su testirani na sertifikovanom semenu industrijske konoplje, proizvedenom u dve uzastopne godine. Optimalni uslovi skladištenja su se razlikovali za različite mikroorganizme, a najoptimalnije skladištenje je bilo na sobnoj temperaturi, za seme iz 2018. godine, a u cilju smanjenja broja enterobakterija i ukupnog broja mikroorganizama. Pri skladištenju semena iz 2018. godine u cilju smanjenja broja plesni i kvasaca primećen je nešto manji broj datih mikroorganizama kada je seme čuvano u vakuumski zatvorenoj vrećici, na temperaturi frižidera/zamrzivača. Za seme konoplje iz 2019. godine najoptimalniji uslovi skladištenja su bili na temperaturi frižidera (za redukciju broja enterobakterija) i u zamrzivaču (za redukciju ukupnog broja mikroorganizama). Za smanjenje ukupnog broja plesni i kvasaca, optimalni uslovi su bili na sobnoj temperaturi. Etanol (75%, v/v) je bio najefikasnije sredstvo za dezinfekciju među ispitivanim hemijskim sredstvima, bez obzira na početni broj mikroorganizama, sa log smanjenjem od 3,2 (za ukupan broj enterobakterija), 2,9 log (za ukupan broj mikroorganizama) i ukupnim smanjenjem broja kvasaca i plesni nakon 10 minuta delovanja, za seme proizvedeno 2019. godine, koje je bilo mnogo više kontaminirano u odnosu na seme iz 2018. godine.
